Customer Sevice is sorely lacking at this branch, seems anything you want to do is a hassle from withdrawing funds to fundamental banking issues

At first I thought I was getting pretty good service, however after this last phone call I'm sure these guys don't care about you. I made a bad mistake with choosing a vehicle and was looking to refinance a newer, better, pristine vehicle. Make sure you know what you're doing because these guys don't offer any type of support. Now I'm stuck with a crappy vehicle and no way to refinance (through these "lenders") but according to them that translates to my fault. Choose a different place to finance anything unless you have no where else to turn. Customer service is lacking greatly. Payment options are terrible. This is coming from a guy who just needed a little help and guidance and stepped into the wrong place for help.
