Friendly folks very respectful,they took a little longer than I anticipated but they resolved my electrical and sensor issues.
Price was fair they didn't try to ripp me off
When in the area I definitely will return for any services I may need.

The staff is great. Very helpful. I tend to go in at noght. Really like the night crew. Fast workers and most time dont have to go back for the same issue.

It took 2 weeks of hard searching but they finally found the root cause of the AC not working right, and an issue with the actuators for the vent doors. They called KW engineers to figure out why the compressor clutch wouldn't stay working. Turned out to be a ground wire deep in the wiring harness was broken and the ends were connecting when the truck was cold then separating when it got hot. Not sure of the name of the fellow who fixed it. Props to him 👌🤘🤘👍🖖
If ever I need repairs while I'm on home time I'll ask for him to fix it. 😀😄😁

Came in for service on a check engine light. Had never been there before. I was treated from the onset of my stay as if i were returning family.

I own a '12 volvo tractor and had been to several other regional dealers for service. If at all possible i will never return to another dealer other than this one.

billy at the service desk was both professional and friendly. He has earned my business for the entirety of my ownership of volvo equipment

My truck is in the shop as we speak. I never have any worries cause they knows what there doing. Very professional from top to bottom. The parts department and the bill lady also the best there is! Thanks guys for being here in my home town . Im an over the road trucker and there's some horrible shops in this country!

Excelente service brought my kenworth t700 for a starter problem had it replace..every body from the service manager and service lady and the mechanic that work on my truck were nice and very professional. Kenworth is the best.
