Clean, Courteous, and Kind. We got in late and the room was inviting. I lifted the mattress to check it and it was clean and white, the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was nice. Clean sink, toilet, and tub area. The heater worked well and they had better selection on the TV then at the George Town Marriott in DC. The free continental breakfast was nutritious too. Yogurt, Raisin Bran, apples, hot coffee and the regular continental items. We stayed two nights and the hand written welcome note was a nice touch to our stay.

They r very clean and helpful. I asked for extra coffee packets and they gave me the last one at the desk but offered to get housekeeping to bring me some early the next morning. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with sincerely and immediately. Will stay there from now on for my trips to c my son at VMI.

great place if you're looking for the basics, i.e. no pool, no spa, ect., which is what i wanted. great location with easy access to historical Lexington. only downside was slow draining tub, which I reported when checking out. I"ll most likely stay here again on my next visit to Lexington.

I sincerely wish that I could give this place less than one star. If negative stars existed, that's what it would get. When you spend your money at a business, you expect them to be worthy of your hard earned dollars. Clearly this is no 5 Star Hotel, but a bit of honesty & integrity is apparently asking too much of this trashcan of a business. When items get left behind & immediately reported, it is the duty of the hotel to staff to protect said items until the rightful owner can retrieve them. It is unacceptable for their staff to go through said items to pick & choose what they would like to keep for themselves. Makeup may not seem that important or valuable to some people, but it was obviously desirable enough to this staff of heathens who picked through my friend's bag & stole several very expensive items. Items which she has spent her hard-earned money on. Despite promises made from the corporate office, nothing has been done to right these wrongs. This business will NEVER earn my patronage & I sincerely hope it sinks back into the swamp that it hails from.

The recepcionist at night was awful, not welcoming at all. The worst was the bathroom! It looked clean, but in the sink near the mirror was full of little facial hair. The commun areas smelt like cigarette smoke, and the room like humidity. Sorry but there is a lot to improve! We like super 8, but never find the same quality in them.

Yuck. I've been here for only 7 minutes. The rooms are not cleaned well, there's debris in the sink from the previous guest. The smell is peculiar. The lobby is not cleaned. There's debris on the floor, enough to show that the housekeeper did not vacuum. I covered her name in the note, but even the welcome note is dirty. The AC works fine. I hope there are no bed bugs.

We were offered a significant discount on price due to a slow night. Room was recently remodeled and very clean. Breakfast aeea small but well stocked. Fast checkout and we were on our way

Probably more of a 2 and a half rating. Check-in went smoothly. Located not too far off the Interstate. Highway 11 is right next to it and I heard some traffic when we first got to the room but it didnt keep me from sleeping. The room seemed clean and maintained but there seemed to be an initial damp smell. The back door was supposed to open with room card but something appeared to be broken so anyone could get in without using the room card so not as secure as one would hope. A nice firm king bed. Breakfast was adequate but in the small front lobby so very limited space and with toaster waffles, prepackaged cinnamon rolls, yogurt, choice of basic cereals and coffee. Appeared to be dog friendly as several people were bringing their dogs in and out that morning. Our room did not smell of dog. The inside hallway was quite worn and should be replaced.

What a dumpthe bed is hard, the room is dirty & the shower pressure sucked. Then you get the drunks beating on a door and beating the hell out of his girlfriend at 2:30 am. two nights in a row. It was like an episode of cops. If you can't handle your liquordon't drink. Oh, you will love the breakfast (snar/snar) cold coffee and cinnamon rolls that are two years old. Southern hospitality???? CHIRP CHIRP You should take a lesson from the Super 8 in Gettysburg.they know how to run a hotel.
