We had to wait almost 1 hour on Christmas Day but it was worth it! Our server was fast and personable. Our food was great! We will definitely go back there while we are in Palm Springs.

Does not live up to the hype. If you're happy with a place with an instagrammable background then perhaps you'll be satisfied but if you're looking for a high-end dining experience you will likely be disappointed. Cocktails are well-made so perhaps if you're looking for drinks with a side of food then you may be happy. Otherwise, the service staff seem to be more suited to a house-boy position and the food itself is entirely common and overpriced.

Casual environment for the high cost of the food. The tables have white paper on top of the white table clothes- like we needed crayons to draw on. The scallops were really good but the austrailian sole was not. Dry (like it had been sitting under the lamp for a while or had been frozen), not much flavor and dry couscous. I'm in the food industry and know what food should be like. The servers wear casual polo's which give them a fast food look. I expected better for the price and for Palm Springs.

Newly remodeled and looking great. We arrived a little before our reservation and had 2 martinis and a glass of wine. Happy hour price: $13 for all three! They even "chilled" our martini glasses with a CO2 machine behind the bar making them "frosty". Everyone was happy with their food. They have a fixed price 3 course menu for $19.95 if u arrive before 6 with several nice options. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Now reopened after the fire. Was eager to enjoy one of our favorite haunts. Been frequenting it for10 years. Well the chef is gone, only one kitchen manager and the great staff are missing. The experience was horrible. Food tasteless and drinks bland.

After a forced closing for several weeks, Trio is back. It was as good as ever, though a bit too loud. Our server, George (Jorge) is one of the nicest, most accommodating and helpful servers in the Coachella Valley. And let's not forget the clientele, which makes you realize how great it is to live in Palm Springs.

Wait staff was great, knew the specials, and very helpful. The beet salad was delicious and the trout special with macadamia nuts was delicious. Then the mango sorbet was refreshing and the outside patio was a great way to enjoy the evening.

Did not enjoy the food. I got the lamb shank and it was super duper dry. My BF got the steak and it had this overly sweet sauce which ruined the meat taste. The mash potatoes had too much sour cream in it. The people next to us had to send back their food 3x!!! Only thing good were the drinks.

A colorful and popular restaurant in the heart of the action in Palm Springs. A price fixed lunch is hard to beat with portions that are large enough you'll have extras to take home. Super friendly staff and stellar service, there's a reason why this place is often packed. Well worth it.

We have been eating at Trio since it opened several years ago. The food has always been satisfactory however in the past year the place is starting to look and smell like it needs remodeling. The paint is dirty in places, the carpet is old and actually smells like old food, and the interior fabrics in several areas is very tired looking. Over the past couple of months we've noticed prices starting to increase here and there. Certain dishes on their $19.95 menu have added charges up to $5. Recently one of our party asked for vegetables instead of starch. The answer was you can have asparagus for $2 extra. After ordering it our party only got 4 sprigs of asparagus. It worries many of us to see the changes and most of all the gradual deterioration of the inside of this once fine restaurant.
