What a great new store! And all the sales reps today were exceptional! Especially the happy, courteous, helpful young man who wore a very cool/interesting leather cuff on his left wrist that he made! You wont see another like it ever!! If you need ANY leather supplies/tools, they have probably EVERYTHING!! Atleast go there and smellll!!

Everyone here is so nice! I was greeted when I walked in, and asked if I needed assistance. No pressure. I wandered around for 15 minutes and when I started looking confused someone offered to help me again. I love to shop here. And, I just found out they have classes. This might get dangerous.

Don't usually give 5 stars, but this shop deserves it. We have 2 Tandy stores in Tucson and I drive a good 30 minutes more to shop here. Thanks guys for having what I need and making me feel welcome.

I've been to Tandy Leather several times and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. All the personnel have been friendly and much more than helpful. I'm not a leather expert by any means, and I've had them spend a huge amount of time answering questions giving advice on how to better accomplish a project. I know some store managers don't like hearing this. But I've had them even stop me from buying something that would just waste my money and not benefit me and help me accomplish my task. That to me is the main thing that let's me know I'm dealing with honest caring people and a good company. And that is why I come back again and again. I recommend Tandy's to anyone looking to do anything in leather and concerned about dealing with honest caring people.
