I purchased my Kawasaki over 6 months ago and was promised broken signal switch would be replaced per our agreement. Well needless to say i was given the wrong replacement part 3 months ago. I have followed up numerous times to get the correct part and yet im still stuck with a broken bike. The sales rep was very eager to make the sale and im probably the easiest customer to deal with and yet they cannot follow through with there promises. I would suggest and recommend looking for your motorcycle at a different dealership because you will regret the service you receive the second they get your money.

I know I wrote a nasty review earlier, but after giving it a lot of thought, I have decided to change it. Brady and I had been through a lot trying to fix my trike. It is a custom trike that whoever put it together did not do a good job. Tri City took the trike in and we got all new custom made parts and put the trike back together. It did take some time doing this, however, I can see a big difference in the ride! It's real quick to gain speed. I am very happy with this outcome. Thank you for making sure it was done right.

I was interested in purchasing a car from this dealer, so we went ahead and placed a deposit and then after I submitted my application to finance the vechicle I was told the car was already sold DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER

I've been into Tri-City several times. I've worked with Brooke, Tyson, Dylan and a nice fella they call Kimbo. Brooke is just a ball of sunshine that I know will get things right the first time. Tyson is enthusiastic to help. Dylan knows what he's talking about and is passionate about riding which makes me excited. Kimbo is a great character that will take the time with me. GREAT EXPERIENCE with these 4!

Decent bike shop. I do feel like there is a little pressure for a sale, but honestly, I think this is a decent bike shop. Whenever you buy a bike be wary, but so never felt like this shop was trying to rip me off. Large selection, worth taking a look for sure,

I went to buy riding boots and found a good deal. However, the showroom was in disorder with items not grouped together and many items just laying about. While I came within speaking distance of several employees, none approached me asking if I needed help, even though I was the only customer there. Certainly not what I expected.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience here about two weeks ago.

I was originally in to try on sizes for a protective gear overhaul for my street riding (Planning on sizing there and buying online for pricing) but was surprised to find that they're a brick and mortar that either is on par or beats online prices.

A gentleman came to assist me within 5 minutes of being there on a busy Saturday afternoon, and helped me make informed choices about new boots, gloves, pants, and jacket all within my budget. Ended up purchasing from them and couldn't be happier about it.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the service department. I work in a boat shop so I do understand things can just go wrong sometimes. What happened next, was what really made this company shine! Levi, the service manager drove to Boulder and picked me up off the side of the road and offered to give me a lift and even help me complete my errands for the day. These guys then replaced all my clothing that have been damaged from some oil spray. On top of that, they hooked me up with a pair of boots and actually made things right. Hats off to Mr. Wagner, the GM and really the whole team. Excellent customer service! Excellent management!

I purchased the Road Glide from here on Feb. 23rd. I have added a full Thunder Header exhaust, Stage one kit inc Dyno, Rockford Fosgate system with Sirius satellite as well the wheels, rotors and a bunch of other added accessories. Now we just need some great weather. Thanks again, I appreciate the professionalism and how I was treated by Tri City Cycle. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

My transmission broke and I took it in to Tri City. The person who helped me on the front service desk Eddie and Mario helped me right away and they had it checked, called me the next day, and they told me what was wrong with it. And we're going to talk to Yamaha to figure it out with the warranty. They were awesome I'm super happy and stress free. They also checked the valves and gave my yxz 1000 a tune up. It runs great!

Although I have a Yamaha dealer about a mile from my house, I will continue to take the longer trip to Tri City even for parts. Ryan Murphy just sold my family our 3rd machine in a year. He is knowledgeable and super friendly. David and Harry helped us quickly get the deal done. Tim in parts is fantastic. He always helps me find exactly what I need. I look forward to many more toys in the future.
