We just bought a 2018 Impala LT from Ghent Chevrolet. This dealer had a larger stock than other dealers in our area, helping our comparison shopping. The salesman was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He and other employees treated us with respect and without high pressure sales tactics. We aren't strong negotiators and while I'm sure we didn't get the "best" possible price, we feel that we got a "fair" price and am happy with our purchase.

Jonathon was wonderful! All round we had a pleasant experience with Ghent. The only thing that could have made it better was getting a few minor things taken care of before I drove my new used car home so I wouldn't have to drive back to Ghent (about 30 miles) to get these taken care of. I would buy from them again.

We leased a 2018 Equinox from Ghent and had a very pleasurable experience. Whitney and Brittany were top notch in working with us. Two very pleasant and professional people. Ted the finance guy is second to none and boy, he can fold all those papers like nobodies business. LOL He too was awesome to work with. All told, I highly recommend Ghent Chevrolet.

My experience with Ghent Motors was Grade AAA+++. After sending in inquiry through their website about a specific vehicle, I received an immediate response from their customer relations team. Jenelle answered all of my questions and sent me additional photos via email. After setting up an appointment to see the vehicle, I showed up 45 minutes early and they were instantly able to accommodate me upon my arrival. I worked with a sales consultant named Cristian Lopez-Espinal, who was courteous and professional; he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The Sales Manager Jeremy was a pleasure to work with, as was the finance guy, Ted Hicks. Cristian and another fellow were so kind to even deliver my new truck to my house, which was a HUGE help to me. This team of folks stayed after hours and saw to my every need, and they gave me a great deal on an awesome truck! I can't say enough positive things about Ghent Motors and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Wow what a great experience we had at Ghent yesterday buying our new Cadillac XT5! Working with Bob and Christian was super, no pressure, they made it easy! Bob said he would make us an amazing deal and that's what he did. Christian is an up and coming superstar with he "service" attitude. We never felt rushed into making a decision. Christian was there at 7:30 last night still explaining the features and offering to buy us dinner while we waited. Rico was great and Troy finished our financing in about 15 minutes! We will definitely be back to see these guys again for our next purchase. Luis met us at the door and made a great first impression. Thanks to all!

I had a great experience with the team at Ghent! I inquired online and was immediately reached out to by one of their customer care representatives who scheduled me to meet directly with their sales manager. When I arrived for my appointment they had the car pulled up front that I was interested in as well as a couple others that they thought I might want to see based on what I was looking for which was great!! after taking two of the vehicles on a test drive I ended up leaving with something I didn't even know I wanted but ended up being the right vehicle for me!! I will be visiting again and would recommend this store if you want a good experience!

They started slow but finished well. Very slow getting back to me after I contacted them through the internet. Once I was contacted by sales guy (Roman) everything went smoothly and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of well (even gave me his pen to keep). Being an out of state buyer adds some logistical issues but they were very quick to solve issues or answer questions after the initial contact. I would have no problem recommending.

Everyone we worked with at Ghent Motors was great! They really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, were honest and up front with the loan stipulations, and worked hard to get the best deal they could for us! Cristian was the sales agent we worked with and was very professional and thorough in everything he did. Mike in Finance got us a great interest rate considering our lower than average credit scores and made everything transparent. We would recommend doing business with them anytime.

Loved the service at Ghent. Our salesman Jerry Dasher was amazing at making sure that we ended up with the truck that was right for us. We spent 6+ hrs there with our three small children and not only did he make them feel like a valued part of the process but during the paperwork process and financial stuff, he personally provided them with snacks and activity books to keep them entertained. He went above and beyond to make our experience stress free. We did not have any intention of purchasing a truck, just looking to see our options but Jerry was very patient and listened to what we were looking for. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell us a car, he was simply providing the service we needed and in the end, we felt so comfortable with him and the whole team that we went away with the perfect truck for us. Highly recommend Jerry Dasher for your next car search.

This dealership is a complete joke. I purchased a vehicle here in July of 2016. I was there for 6 hours before the purchase was finally complete. The manager was unprofessional and a very poor communicator. After 6 hours of waiting on them you would think the deal was done. No, they called me back a week later to come in and resign my contract because the financing they originally set up fell through. So obviously my rate went up. This here is called "yoyo financing", Google it. The manager offered me a 2 year oil change package with my purchase due to the 6 hours of my life wasted waiting on them. I had to remind them three times before they finally gave it to me. Just when I think I'm done with this dealership I find out they sent me to collections for my first month's payment. Apparently because the financing that they originally set up fell through, they had to make my first monthly payment to the new finance company. They say they sent me a letter notifying me of this payment and that I needed to pay them back. I got no such letter. They did have my phone number on file though because Ted Hicks couldn't call me enough to get me to come back in to sign my new contract. Did they ever use my contact number to call and notify me of the money I apparently owed to them? NO! They just sent me to collections which was reported to my credit. To top off the garbage service and communication, they claim that if you are referred by a previous customer, they will send that previous customer a check for $100 for the referral. The customer that referred me NEVER received his check which the manager told me was "in the mail". GARBAGE! Do yourself a favor and literally shop ANYWHERE else!

My husband and I were pleased with the service we received from rusty. He found us what we needed for our family and at a decent price. We had two young children and everyone was patient with them when they became tired. Rusty worked on a vehicle for us a couple days before we even travelled to Greeley. Made us feel like he really did care. We appreciate the whole staff and we recommended them to anyone.

We had a great experience at Ghent while buying our Chevy Traverse. Greg and the others did a great job and were very helpful! We will go to them for future cars!

UPDATE!
3 days after purchasing the car, we got a phone call from Ghent saying they forgot to add sales tax and we need to swing them by a check for $330. When we explained that we can not do that the guy told us that they could roll it into the loan. We felt as though since it was their mistake, they should handle it on their end instead of making us pay additional. We agreed to roll it into the loan. Never heard back from them. 2 months later I went to register the vehicle and found out I couldn't because Ghent won't release the title until I write them a check. They never called and said they couldn't roll it into the loan and never communicated further with us.They were unwilling to fix their mistake. We wouldn't have agreed to the deal with them if we knew we would have to pay an additional $330 out of pocket. Needless to say we will not be doing business there again.
