I have gotten 2 cars from them and both times we were pleased with the service we got. But when it comes to getting your car fixed the service manager is horrible. He treated me like the horror stories of how women are treated at a mechanic shop. They is a way to talk to a customer about being lied to by General motors, not telling me multiple times that there is nothing you can do for me after driving my car in over 30 miles!! Also Stewart in the service department is as rude person as he is on the phone.

The service people were very friendly and attended to me right away. They let me know about a part for a recall that was not yet in stock and then let me know how much time it would take to do the required service. They have let me know that the part is in, so now I just have to schedule time to go and have it taken care of.
Their waiting room could use some updating- seating is not completely comfortable anymore (worn). Coffee machine could use more frequent attention for cleaning, and access to TV remotes and keys for games could be a little easier.

Second oil change on our Colorado. Really like the shuttle service at the dealership. Not only is it very convenient for me, the drivers are also very friendly and engaging. They are not just making small talk, they remember you and what you said the last time your rode with them. Very personable.

Dellenbach Motors' Chevrolet Service Team provides excellent customer service. At my last appointment, I was greeted and welcomed immediately with a friendly smile. The process of dropping off my car was efficient, they listened to my needs/concerns and I was offered a comfortable waiting area or a shuttle ride to work. My car was ready in an hour and I was contacted immmediately, followed by a smooth and friendly checkout service. This has been my consistent experience with this team over the past 5 years.

Had a great experience at Dellenbach. Wasn't really looking for a car or anything, didn't need one or need a payment but the price on the car was to good to pass up. The salesman Kevin Brown was very pleasant with no pressure to buy. I would recommend Kevin and the dealership to my friends.

We have been extremely impressed with the every aspect of Dellenbach. We were treated like we were buying a 100K car when it was only $20K. I drive approximately 150-200 miles per day 5 days a week so keeping up with all maintenance is critical so I'm never on the side of the road. The service dept. is outstanding. I always thought I would spend more than needed at dealerships but that is not true when dealing with Dellenbach. They get me back on the road quickly and without any higher bill than I'd pay at some small shop. They also diagnose trouble much quicker and only work on what is truly wrong. I will never buy or have service work done anywhere else. Thanks to all of you at Dellenbach, you have set yourself apart from every dealership in the business.

My husband and I went to Dellenbach to purchase a new car, I am so happy with our experience from start to finish. We worked with Max on the Chevy side of the dealership. We started by discussing our needs and budget. He took us around the lot showing us multiple cars that might be a good fit. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable answering all my questions about specific make/models. After just one test drive we found THE one. We finalized the purchase with Devon. He was friendly and had us laughing in no time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have a friendly, smooth, car buying experience!

Dellenbach Motors was by far the best dealership I have been to. The staff was extremely friendly, and they didn't push me to buy anything. They took their time to get to know me and they were extremely patient even though I test drove basically every car in the lot. They worked really well with my budget too. The whole entire staff there was nice and friendly even though they were extremely busy the whole day. George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and overall kind. Great dealership over all!
