Jarett is the Best. He is so knowledgeable about the car he answered my questions before I had a chance to asked them. He made buying a new car a pleasure. I would give this place -5 stars if possible! Went to have my daughters car serviced and when they were done. It took them ONE HOUR to get my keys to me. The service adviser said she'd be right over to get me. I waited for 15 minutes and decided to see how long it would take them. After one hour I went over and she didn't know who I was. The service mgr. was more concerned about getting me out of their business then dealing with this. It turns out the keys had been on his desk the ENTIRE TIME!!!!! I was planning on buying two cars over the next couple of years for my youngest daughter and my wife. They WON"T be from Toyota of Treasure Coast.

I would have given them a -5 stars if I could so I left it at 1 star. FYI if you are looking to purchase a car I would definitely think twice and go else where. Read the fine print on everything the price has lots of hidden fees. Whatever you see on their site add $2,000.00 to that price. They give you more for your trade and add more fees to make it look better.

We just purchased a new Highlander from Bill Bee at Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. Bill Bee asked good questions, listened attentively, and was very familiar with his inventory and the incentives offered. He was a "no pressure" kind of salesman, and we appreciated this very much. The gentleman who negotiated the finances was easy to work with, and Luis in finance was very nice. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend Mr. Bee to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

First of all I've always enjoyed dealing with this dealership. In the past I have purchased five cars there. A few days ago I was sent a quote for a car I wanted. I brought the quote in with me today, I was met by Shane, a salesman I had dealt with in the past. Again he was very pleasant and professional. All went well until his mgr came over, his name was Micheal. He did everything he could to tear down my relationship I had in the past with this dealership. He was arrogant and condensing with me and my wife. All that I was ask for was a competitive prices that I had already received from other dealers, he basically insulted me, saying that the prices I had secured were unrealistic. Not only did he not match any one else's price but he upped the price I was quoted from his dealership, I let him know that his quote was higher than the three other dealers I had visited. He seemed smug and uncaring at this point, I had a good experience In visiting all three other dealers. Shane is great, Michael I will never deal with ever in the future.

Amazing experience with Cameron Henderson and the rest of the Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart team. When I walked up in the midst of a typical afternoon downpour I was greeted with smiling faces and a barbecue on their front patio! Inside more smiling faces were eagerly waiting to solve my every need including Cameron Henderson’s. Cameron is the type of person where after a five minute conversation you feel like you’ve known him your entire life. He was very warm and extremely knowledgeable about all Toyota products including my new 2018 C-HR. Initially, I came into the dealership wanting a crossover (Rav4) or an SUV (4Runner) but upon seeing the C-HR in the showroom I fell in love and knew this would be my next car. It also seemed like Cameron knew this too. This is my first lease so I wanted to talk numbers before taking a test drive but Cameron was confident that the C-HR would be in my budget. He was correct. The rest of the process was painless and Cameron walked me through every single step ensuring that I was happy and had no questions. I highly recommend this dealership and further recommend Cameron for any purchasing or leasing needs since he excels at what he does. I have taken my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Treasure Coast Toyota for over 10 years and each time I have been MORE than satisfied. No matter what I had serviced on my truck, they took the time to advise me if I needed to be aware of something that may need attention in the future, or if there was something that I would probably prefer to know about or have done. Never any pressure, just made me aware.
This, last service, Eric (service manager) had quite a list and I had timing belt replaced, something I had overlooked, but they suggested it and I am glad they did. Few things can cause havoc like a broken timing chain, especially if you are out of town. They replaced a rear main seal, and fixed a leak in my engine, replacing the valve cover gaskets and completely replaced each of my headlight lenses which I had been wanting to have done forever. Complete tuneup, wheel rotation, replace air bag sensor and assorted odds and ends. Quite an overhaul for my truck, but

WOW it feels, looks, and drives like a NEW TRUCK!!!

I wouldn't trade my Toyota Tacoma and I wouldn't switch my dealership which has ALWAYS treated me right and ALWAYS done a fantastic job!!!

I drove all the way from Tampa, Fl to pick up a car that I had found online. Scott who works as a salesperson actually talked to us for hours over the phone first assuring us of everything we needed to know. When we got there no one pushed us into buying, they were incredibly friendly, and answered all of the questions I had right up front! I will be driving the 3 hours there for my next car whenever I actually need one. Lol!

I went to Ft Pierce Toyota on Sunday around 12:30 to purchase a new Tacoma, my wife and I spent 25 minutes looking at you inventory on the south side of the showroom. It was nice that all the trucks were open so we could look and get inside of them. After looking we decide to leave since we were never greeted by anyone, as I got back into my Black Tahoe someone walked by coming from the back of the store and ask if we had been helped. I told him we had been there for 30 minutes and no one had greeted us and we were headed back to Stuart to look at trucks. I drove to Ft Pierce to buy a new truck because I didn't want to buy one from Stuart Toyota. On our way drive out of the dealership the sales people were all standing on talking on the showroom.
My wife convinced me to just go to Stuart Toyota and look at their trucks. I drove into Stuart Toyota lot driving directly out back where the trucks were parked. It took about 2 minutes before a sales men (Scott) greeted us, we found the truck we wanted and we drove it home the same afternoon. The management were awesome and I would recommend them to all my friends and customers.
