I went to Carl's Buick as a last attempt to get a vehicle. I went to several dealerships prior. Carl's Buick was pretty great from the moment I stepped into the parking lot. My salesman Len was great. Very helpful, and kind. We sat and waited as finance ran my credit. I had bad luck at every other dealership I went to. I needed a car within a 2 day period. He sent us home and told us he'd call as soon as he heard back from financing. We spoke a few times within the next 2 days. That was on a Tuesday afternoon. Thursday afternoon rolls around, and we are called to come in as we were approved for a car. It wasn't under the terms we were looking for but it was very close! I went in that night after work and signed all the paperwork with Jackie Marlowe. She was a pleasure to work with. She did all the behind the scenes hard work to get me financed. I couldn't have gotten a car at another place with this kind of customer service. The most amazing team is at Carl's Buick! Thank you all so very much for all the hard work you did to make sure I got into a vehicle and quickly!

I brought my 2011 Terrain in w/2 issues on Mon . I was greeted in friendly, professional manner and treated with respect on intake, and my work was done in a timely manner. Upon departure I was told of additional issues that were discovered and that there was no charge to remmediate that issue in another 1K miles. However, w/in 3 miles of leaving the dealership one of my issues wasn't fixed. I called the Service Lady who told me to get my battery tested or to bring it back and they'd test it as the reason I was having indicator lights that were consistently flashing on and off, w/no particular pattern, was due to low voltage.Coming home I had my battery tested at Walmart and called with that info - then scheduled for an assessment on the following day, Tues. I clearly expressed that I wanted it done correctly rather than rushing through. Within 2 hours it was again 'assessed', the battery voltage test in the dealership matched my Walmart results, and now parts had to be ordered and I would get a call on when the parts arrived. They called on Wed. as the parts were in and I was then scheduled for Thurs to install them. I feel that the concerns I raised at my initial visit on Monday were not 'heard' and acted upon. I didn't expect to have this much run around. I will be in today 26 Oct 2017 and I hope to be able to give you a better report the next time you send me this survey.

Went in late Tuesday night with my girlfriend to look at a Buick Encore and couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from john. We got a great deal on the car and our trade in. Service was top notch all the way from just looking to signing the papers. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely recommend you to talk to john hobson.

Bought a GMC Acadia . The salesman, Carlos, was outstanding. Helpful and not pushy. He spent quite a bit of time with us and was very patient. Helped us get the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Next time I'm in the vehicle market, I will return to Carl's GMC/Buick!

I was recently in the market for a new Canyon pickup truck. Upon entering this facility I knew I was in good hands. I was greeted immediately and given the privilege of speaking to Leonard. After a few minutes of consultation on what I wanted out of my new vehicle we were able to narrow my search down to the Canyon of my dreams for an unbeatable price. I was informed that they did not have it in stock though, this proved to be no problem at all as they were able to locate one and trade for it within a day. From initial contact to the finalization of the paper work I was thoroughly impressed with the diligence and professionalism of the entire staff. I will be sure to recommend Carl's to anyone I know who is in the process of acquiring a new vehicle. Thanks again guys

I purchased a 2011 Jeep liberty a little over a month ago from Jack Hine. The experience went well and took little time. Within the first 2 weeks, I was driving on an incline, rpm shot up and it wouldn't come out of 1st gear until I shut the car off and turned it back on so I took it in to Carl's to get checked. I was told by Mike and the mechanic himself that my transmission fluid was full and there wasn't a leak , I was told that the reason my truck had this hiccup was because of a shallow transmission pan. The next day I decided to take a look under the truck myself and I noticed fluid dripping from my transmission! I took it into a different shop and they found my transmission had absolutely no transmission fluid in it ! So that means he never checked , he must have only plugged it up to a computer had he simply looked under the truck and or truly checked the fluid the issue would have been found .
I scheduled another day to come in, I spoke with Mike and he had no answers . I left with a dishonest taste and no help .response / report this review -

Great experience at Carl's Buick. Always shop Carl's both new and used. Never had anything but good experience. Service department is great. Finance makes it easy. Bill Kesserling always helpful with a smile☺. We love Carl's Buick GMC 🚗🚙🌞🌴🌴.

This is my second GMC purchase and definitely the best. I do not waste my time responding to surveys but the experience I had with your sale person, Carlos Gaitan was exceptional. Carlos from the get go performed step by step through the auto buying process from the initial test drive to the hands on car computer explanation. I would and have already recommended him to some of my friend as a friendly, professional, easy going representative of your firm. He was instrumental in explaining the Zurich Shield that we purchased. I left your dealership having a great car buying experience.
