  These guys are very helpful and knowledgeable of Stihl products. Great inventory of Stihl products. Very fast ordering and delivery of items and parts. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. They need a larger location. They are always busy with sales and repairs. They get a lot of repeat customers, home owners and professionals. Definitely a good sign.

  Charged me $120 to repair my carburetor, the tech explained I would need to use a vice grip on the fuel line to keep the engine from stalling, when I powered up the mower it would not keep running no matter what I did - I finally bought a $20 carb rebuild kit and watched a you tube video on how to rebuild the carb and got the mower running myself.

  I took my mower to get a part replaced, they changed the wrong part and my mower almost caught on fire, then I took it back they said it was fixed, it worked for 2 hours and is not working again, don't waste your money they don't know what they are doing, and also take forever to get anything done, but they will try to sell you a new one and offer to buy your old one for nothing, terrible service. terrible place to do business with.

  I took my mower blades there to have them sharpened. $4 a blade sounded good, but I got what I paid for. Mower blades are supposed to be as sharp as a butter knife, and the guy made them razor sharp. He didn't even try to get the nicks out of the edge, and my blades were in good shape. When I brought this to his attention, he argued with me. And the staff inside is not friendly at all. They didn't even call the day the blades were ready. I'm surprised they're still in business.

  One of the best lawn equipment repair shops in the area. Keith knows what he is doing & he contributes to the community as well. They also sell parts & new equipment.
