I ordered the Bright and Beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement from Flowers by Susan for my mother, to her delight and mine, they were delivered on Mother’s Day
I live in Indiana and was very appreciative for the extra effort to arrange and deliver so expediently.

I called Flowers by Susan at random from way across the country, and am so glad I did. The order was taken in a professional manner, the flowers were delivered on the same day (even though I really didn't have a preferred date of delivery), and the bouquet was gorgeous. Bright, fresh, and exactly the colors I asked for. Special kudos to whoever tied that wonderful red and white bow.

I coordinated/decorated for one of my best friend’s wedding this past weekend and they chose Flowers by Susan as their florist. I cannot say enough good things about Tami — she was extremely helpful and did everything to accommodate our every need. The flowers were stunning and everything they did was just perfect. Highly recommend them!

Extremely disappointing service. I've tried getting a very small wedding bouquet made for my wedding this week and nobody can be bothered to return my calls. I stopped in to leave my idea with a lady last week, who was nice but the person who does the wedding bouquets never called me back. I phoned on Saturday and she was too busy to talk to me and said she'd call me Monday. Well, Monday came and went and no phone call. I didn't need a bouquet, but I really wanted one for our special day. I'm so bummed out by this total and complete lack of customer service. I will never use this business for flowers.

Placed order online for flowers to be delivered the following day, needed to change order to the same day. Called the store and received excellent customer service and they had no problem in changing the order. Flowers where delivered same day and the vase and arrangement where absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Horrible service and an ugly arrangement! I have been a florist for 32 years and I have never seen such a poorly designed vase arrangement. I ordered "Beautiful in Blue" a Teleflora vase of flowers that I thought they could handle. Not even close! Just hideous gobs of baker fern which is not even in the arrangement one blue hydrangea and unrecognizable white flowers smashed in the middle. I had asked if they would take a picture of it and send it to my cell phone or email before they sent it and they said they certainly would. Never got the picture and now I know why. They obviously cannot even copy a picture! My sister in Port St. Lucie took a picture of it for me. When I called them about not receiving the picture, the girl on the phone said that it was the designer's fault, and that she saw on my order that it was requested. Just blaming and passing the buck. I will never use this florist again nor will I recommend them to any relatives in Florida. At least in Ohio where I am a floral designer we make exactly what you want or better! What a bunch of hacks you are.

If I could give zero stars I would so unprofessional. Ordered flowers and balloons for my mom and Susan messed it up and when I called to complain they hung up on me 3 times and took them forever to refund me my money. I would never use them again. They ruined my mom's mothers day. Don't let the ruin your special day.

I sent a dish garden, balloons, and crystal angels to friends yesterday. They received them and loved them!🤗😇 The customer service was awesome and helpful. I am very happy with the decision to order from Flowers by Susan. I highly recommend to others. You will be happy with the arrangements etc. I think the money was well spent and the quality was excellent.

This place is amazing!!! For Valentine's day I received a delivery of flowers, but they were not good looking at all, some of them had freezer burn and I was missing some of them, next day husband called and told the what happened and right away apologized and got a new set of roses ready for me to replace the ones that were deliver. I was so surprised by the fact that they were so apologetic and got so quick to work on fixing the problems that I am amazed. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great price, flowers & COSTUMER SERVICE. Thnks for my new roses they are beautiful.

The flowers my mom received were so beautiful that I just had to tell someone !! Thank you Flowers By Susan for making an arrangement that actually matched the picture. I order flowers for my mom each Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Birthday and will be using your company from now on. Your very polite driver even took the time to call my mom to let her know that the flowers were left at the security guard gate. The flowers and service exceeded my expectations. Thank you !!
