One of the Best Bankruptcy Lawyers you can find. It does take time to gather all of your own personal information, but you are the only one who knows what information you have, outside of most which his firm works hard to find for you.
He is very personable an honest. Will not throw you any curves. What he says will happen, does.

I suggest the Port Law Firm. Mr. Port is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail the process needed to file bankruptcy. I like that he is thorough with his forms because it reminds you of debts you might have forgotten and you don't want to leave anything out of your bankruptcy that could come back and get you later.

I would highly recommend the Port Law Firm. Prior to meeting with Mr. Port I was nervous and embarrassed about my situation. Mr. Port took the time to explain all of my options and made me feel comfortable with the process. The staff was also extremely professional and attentive to all of my questions and requests. I personally would not recommend them. You will have to do all the leg work yourself and they didn't protect my income tax from being seized by a collector. The collector broke the law but Port Law Firm said that they wouldn't know how to help me get the money back. That's just my opinion. Oh and Peon will be calling you constantly to get this or that. By the time my bankruptcy was done I was broke and wore out.
