I like the store a lot! They have an amazing selection on boots and Western Wear, the only reason why it didn't receive five stars is because of pricing and return policy.

The prices on clothing is really high, but the boots are pretty fair. Disappointedly, they do not allow you to return merchandise even if it's still new with the tags on. You may exchange it or receive store credit. This for me takes that one star away.

Big John's feed and Western Wear is the place to go for all of your Western Wear needs! Bus Service and inventory are second to none! A family-run business for four generations is hard to beat. If you were fortunate enough to receive service for Katie and Sabrina when you visit their store consider yourself very fortunate because they have a very high level of care and concern. We will definitely return for all of our Western Wear needs!
