We were in a pet room, having had to evacuate from the recent Lilac fire. The beds were okay, plenty of pillows, but the room itself was pretty trashed. Scratches oh the walls and doors, the cable and remote didn't works but I was able to fix that. And the breakfast was little more than cold cereal or plain oatmeal.

Rooms were clean. Location good. Staff ok. Parking was a pain. It's very limited and most of it belongs to Danny's which is next to Travelodge. Limited parking at your view and then you choice is to park behind or on the other side where there seems to be a vacant mall. Security drives by every hour. Not safe

Service is wonderful especially Abby, she's such a sweetheart! That always helps. Location is okay, right next door to Denny's and across the street from a bank, shops and other eateries. Rooms are okay, but some are better than others.

Extremely filthy rooms with stained carpets, walls, and bathroom. Holes in the walls. Multiple paint colors and poor patch jobs on the walls. I've been in Motel 6s that have been far superior.

Unpleasant odor when I walked into the room. Bed spread had small black stains, also the white sheets. Bathroom tub had mold. Bathroom light had no cover and full of rust. The room ceiling had an open crack. Little things like that can be fixed with little money for a multi billion dollar company. I could have complained but we arrived late and tired and really wasnt in the mood to complain. And to get a room somewhere else would have been difficult since it was a holiday weekend. Breakfast was also poor. No restocking of what was offered was done.

Room was clean however the area immediately surrounding the hotel and the parking lot itself was frequented by homeless and hookers. Definitely did not feel safe. Also, parking was limited in close proximity to the rooms.

Check in was fast with Abby helping me out. She was courteous and informative. No surprises checking in. I also checked in early at 11:30. No problems. The room is clean. Not many noticeable stains except behind B.R. Door. And a hole in B.R. door. Nice bed covers. Comes with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and table+2 chairs.
Some dumb rude no sense people around here or coming thru. Who rides a bike on the second floorand then cops an attitude when your like excuse me I'm walking here. Pool is closed also.

Grounds are strewn with trash. Sidewalks are filthy. Mold in the shower. Beds are comfortable and the staff is polite. Wouldn't go out of my way to to stay here. But, it's acceptable for a flop.

Front desk girl asked to give her a second while she called the police, by the time I finished checking in and moving my stuff inside 5 cop cars were in the parking lot arresting a bunch of people from a room. Classy establishment, great introduction to Hemet. The room had a bunch of flies in it. Otherwise it was clean. Other than the flies, not a bad stay, great customer service.

Most nasty place every stayed at I will never stay here again and let my friends and family know how nasty this place was. Breakfast was stale and nasty, room stained on carpet and sheets and hard bed . We let the Manager know when we were there and the morning we left else where they did nothing. Then I called them 4 times in regards to their even while I stayed there and they have not returned my call. NEVER STAY HERE PLACE IS NASTY AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR GUEST HERE.

This hotel is awesome . best one I've been in since I was younger. The rooms are clean,TV service is awesome, the wifi is fast, and the pool is always clean. Dennys, across the way from here is very conveant. They have great food. The hotel also has a breakfast lounge,haven't tried it yet but plan on it (: Very friendly staff,and maids. Haven't had any problems or anything. Will come back

I would give this place 10 out of 10. Great place and staff. My husband and I stayed here for a while because of a work contract he had nearby. Tomas (manager) and the office clerks even the housekeepers went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The rooms were newly updated and very clean and breakfast was served every morning in the office. Wifi was perfect and they literally had all the television channels I enjoy unlike a lot of other hotels. If any issue arose it was handled promptly and with care. I can actually say I enjoyed my stay and we are very appreciative of the hospitality we received.
