Breakfast was great! Walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Mattresses could be updated but overall, enjoyable stay!

The Morris Harvey House is truly historic. It was one of the first homes in Fayetteville, WV. Breakfast was lovely. Booked the Grand Suite and loved it. The proprietors were very nice and very helpful.

Great location near the new river bridge. The innkeeper was very friendly and knowledgeable. I could have used a softer mattress. Nice location, but there was some traffic noise.

The Historic Morris Harvey Bed & Breakfast is located right next to Fayetteville and is within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Upon arriving we were greeted by the landlord who was very friendly. He showed us the amenities of the establishment and showed us to our room. We stayed in Rosa's Suite and it was very clean and well kept. In the morning, breakfast was served and it was very delicious. If we are ever in the area again and need a place to stay, we woukd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I - traveling with our small dog - were delighted to find the Historic Morris Harvey House while en route from New York to Nashville. This antique-filled house is in excellent condition, gorgeous and comfortable. Its location a few blocks off the main square in Fayetteville is perfect. We were so happy to be able to walk to numerous dinner options. Breakfast with our host was a treat. We very much enjoyed getting to know him and hearing about the history of the house, the diverse backgrounds of guests who have stayed there and the lovely community of Fayetteville. Also enjoyed the scenic drive down into the New River Gorge, too. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome B&B! i would recommend to ANYONE!! service is great, breakfast is amazing and its all home cooked and not like the prepackaged or store bought you'd get at a hotel. i would recommend to anyone going to the New River Gorge.
