Wow! I sincerely can not say enough about Trailers of the East Coast and our experience purchasing an ATC (Aluminum Trailer Comapny) cargo trailer from them. We called these folks up out of frustration with a couple other dealers and from the onset, Mark at Trailers of the East Coast was able to coherently and accurately describe the options and benefits to me in a way that made me feel confident in selecting a cargo trailer which would suit my needs and budget. We chose to custom order a new ATC trailer and any communications I had with Mark were addressed swiftly and professionally. For us our new trailer was a big purchase and one we were very excited about. We went to pick up our new trailer today, which arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date and can say that we are very pleased by the new trailer which is exactly the way we wanted it. Mark and everyone at Trailers of the East Coast were friendly and treated us as very important customers, making sure everything was perfect on the delivery. We likely had the smallest trailer on the lot. Amazing! As a small business owner, I am envious of Mark as a sales person and the company for its organizational excellence. Bravo!

This is our second horse trailer purchase. When hubby recently bought a Polaris RZR, he worked with Frank to build a trailer to custom suit our needs to not only haul our horses, but work for hauling the RZR as well. WE ARE THRILLED! We can't sing enough praises for this company and its employees. Thanks to everyone who made our dream come true.

I cannot imagine a worse trailer-buying experience. I placed an order with Trailers of the East Coast of Mocksville, NC to build me a custom enclosed trailer to add to my fleet. Rough cost - $15k. I specified a custom built-to-order trailer versus buying one off the lot, as I am very specific in the way I operate and I know what features will benefit my company the most. Approximately 35 specifications, all in writing, all confirmed by the dealer as an option. I ordered this trailer in August 2016, and was verbally told it would be delivered in 6-10 weeks; and be the trailer I've always dreamed of. Instead, it arrives in December (late), and with approximately 12 errors/deviations from order sheet. I reject it and ask them to build me another one, right this time. Now come March 2017, I get the second trailer. This time, 3 mistakes that I know of (I didn't even bother looking at it in person after I spotted 3 errors in pictures the dealer sent). It gets sent back to the factory (Forest River/Continental Cargo) to get fixed. 7 months after I ordered the trailer, I still did not have possession of it, did not know if it will ever be delivered as ordered. I asked the dealer for a discount and they are stating a firm "no", claiming it is the factory's fault and not theirs, and they are just a dealer for them as well as many other brands. The lost profits for every day I do not have the trailer is considerable. If I had known it might take 7+ months to receive it instead of 6-10 weeks, I would have gone with a different manufacturer. Due to gross incompetence, I finally receive the trailer April 2017. I find more mistakes that do not match the blueprint agreed upon, but at this point I just need the trailer in service, and take it mistakes and all. Trailers of the East Coast and I agree on a small discount, as well as me receiving a spare tire and wheel for the trailer free, and 4 spare tires for me to have for when the ones on the trailer now wear out. Fast forward 3 months, and I have the 4 tires but still to do this day have not received the spare tire mounted on the matching wheel as promised. Every attempt I make to identify the issue and get what I am owed is met with avoidance and false promises to resolve. I'm obviously never getting that part of the deal, even though I have the whole agreement in writing, including the bill of sale. I offered for the dealership to just send me a check to cover the cost for me to purchase the wheel and tire myself and get it mounted; for some reason that is out of the question. They would rather keep lying to their customer. In addition, the trailer has had issue with the ramp door, and the LED lights have already needed to be repaired 3 times. I expect many more problems with this trailer in the future, especially since the manufacturer doesn't understand the simple concept of placing polypropylene/mylar tape in between where aluminum meets steel to prevent electrolysis. I will never deal with this dealer again, and will tell everybody I know to buy their trailer from someone with more quality, integrity, and customer service than these hustlers. I think it's time to burn the company moto fellas (picture attached) how about "Guaranteed wrong, every time, because it's not our fault and not our problem".

Justin Boger helped me find a trailer that fit my needs within my price range. The amazing thing about Justin and the owners is that you are appreciated and respected as a customer no matter if you are buying a small utility trailer or a large customized trailer. It is the relationship and service that matters to them. To customize my trailer I needed some anchors and straps. I tried to order from amazon to get a good price and options. The anchors were too big and I had to send them back. So I ordered more. I still didn't have what I needed. So I went back to Trailers of the East Coast to see what they had in stock. Justin saw me come in and greeted me to see what I needed. He introduced me to Josh in the parts department. It was a surprise that they had everything that I had found on the web for competitive or lower prices. Justin and Josh took the time to show me different options that they had for various solutions. This is an amazing company whose staff, management and owners appreciate every one of their customers.

At Ram Jack we generally use box trucks to move equipment and supplies. This is our first venture into using trailers. Unfortunately in todays world I've gotten used to being disappointed in with any purchase. This is not the case with Trailers of the East Coast. I shopped the trailer hard, reading many horror stories and was a little nervous making such a large purchase. Not the case with Trailers. They delivered a PERFECT product, and gave me PERFECT service. The graphics that purchase were printed and installed PERFECT. All of this delivered at the same price or lower than their competitors. I will go as far as to say if anyone wants to talk to me about my purchase, feel free to contact me. I will personally vouch for them THANKS GUYS!!
