If you have a need for a motorcycle then this is the place to go. It is family owned and because of that everyone is so friendly. It is a good place to shop if you want to get a gift for someone. It is easy to get to from the roads around it. They also have events for groups of people to precipitate in.

Service was great! Parts was ok. Shouldnt take a week to order a part that should be in stock. Anything else is not so good

Friendly , Donna especially. Nice open showroom, good gear. Wife enjoyed the kiddie ridebut that bikes don't handle curves well,lol !

As a parent of a child who was a camper at Victory Junction, a place like Tilly HAD means so much. The are the foundation to the Kyle Petty charity Ride each year. They get all the bike ready and send them to the starting point. Great family

Wife and I took ride from Elkton, MD to Columbia SC to watch total solar eclipse. Broke throttle cable Sunday after leaving Gatlinburg TN. 88 miles from Columbia, SC. rode next 2+ days 300+ miles looking for Harley dealer or cycle shop for new cable, driving with needle nose vise grips on my throttle cable through some of worst traffic I have ever seen. Tilley's Harley Davidson in Statesville, NC told me the cable for my 2001 Electra Glide wasn't in stock but if I got it there they would make something work.The other dealers told me part wasn't available and disconnected.
On arrival Tuesday morning they immediately put my bike on rack and started work. I'd also had my rear tire blowout Monday night 9 miles from hotel. They replaced tire, installed new cable and had me on the road again by 11:30 am. Nice waiting area, polite professional staff in a very friendly environment, and reasonable pricing. Its no wonder they've stayed in business and grown since 1972.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even asked us to bring our puppy inside so they could see her, proving the fact they are a pet friendly dealership.
