Put the wrong tires on my car then wanted to sell me more tires to correct their screw up. Refused to refund me for this either. Make sure you know what tires should go on your car because they don't!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mooresville Tire since they opened. I have always been treated well and never taken advantage of the fact I don't know squat about cars. Any thing that has ever been done has always been discussed first. I have been given a professional opinion on weather or not it was absolutely needed of if I could wait to budget it in. Very clean and friendly place. Sometimes people just don't want to hear they have an expensive repair needed and blame it on the bearer of bad news.

The manager there. I think his name is Terry is as dishonest as they come. It's a long story, but hang in there. They broke into my daughters truck and physically threatened me.
I was told on a Friday one thing needed fixed (steering joint) for my daughters truck to pass inspection. He said he went ahead and passed it and put it the DMVs system (not sure of the legalities there) and I could bring it back Mon. My wife and daughter took it back Mon. morning then the list and cost started going up. My wife felt he was taking advantage of the fact she was a woman and told him she just wanted what needed fixed to pass inspection that we'd probably be selling it soon anyway. Then he offered to buy it. Struck up a deal with my daughter who told him she'd have to wait on the title from the DMV. Based on this she went and bought another car. I went in on Tues. just to talk and joke that he should have said something sooner before I transferred title to my daughter and he completely backed out of the deal. Made a verbal contract with a 19 year old girl and then backed out of it No morals at all. To me your word is your worth and Terry the manager here is worthless So I drove my car home and walked back to get my daughters truck and the manager and a mechanic had all the doors swung open and were messing around in it. They had BROKE into it while I was gone and all they had to say for themselves was it's on our property we can break into it. Here I do know the legality. No.. no you cannot break into a car on your property without following the proper procedures in the law. Who knows what they did to her truck while I was gone. To top it off as I was leaving a thug looking mechanic continued to verbally threaten me with physical harm cursing and yelling like a child professionalism is not something this place has. I would be weary about using their services for anything.response / report this review -

They are the best, the sweetest people I have ever met. I was in a situation and needed tires and they went above and beyond to help me at such a short notice. Highly recommend to everyone to come here for the amazing service and the amazing products. You definitely get your money's worth!
