I cannot say enough about the great service I received today. I bought a VW off cape 2 months ago, was unhappy with that experience and needed service on it. Tracy made me feel like they were being straight with me, listened to me vent and also let me know the other dealership had unethically cooercered me into buying an extended warranty. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to continuing to do business here.

Horrible Expensive Service. Bought a 2010 Eos new paid extra for extended maintenance, had all service and recalls done at Tracey. Never a huge fan of place but wanted the car to run correctly, that changed after last service visit, Car in for $85 oil change and another recall, Service calls telling me its $100+ to check why engine light is on, I said it had been on since last visit. Service manager calls me back totally unprepared hadn't looked at any of the past 7 years of service records, he was an arrogant jerk. Horrible service.

I wanted to share my overdue review of Tracy Volkswagen. I purchased a GTI at the end of July and I wanted to say how easy it was to work with Taylor--very laid back, very truthful & kind. Through the whole process it was easy and understandable, from Taylor to James Helgerson, who worked to get us a buget we could work with. James was also amazing at his job. If you are looking for a family business with great service, and who will work with you to put you in a great car, this is the dealership. I have worked with many others in disappointment, where they pass you from person to person without any personal service. My own family has owned a business on the Cape since 1959, and I would highly recommend Tracy & their crew who work there. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give them a zero would. Kyle the finance guy is a snake. I was part of the TDI settlement. I purchased a car and was lied to about what it was because it was a 2017 model and I had no reference. He has a deal with Bank of America and does all the loans through them. He promised when I received my check he would help adjust the payments. However, when it happened he ignored my calls. The only thing he was concerned about was me making three months payments "for him." I later find out that is when he gets his commission from creating the loan. Classless

I had a wonderful experience at Tracy's. They sold me a beautiful Little bug convertible. She is smart, quick and the inside is the most amazing light show I have seen. It is covered with RED NEON lights that really look snazzy. We did not haggle over price, a price was agreed upon and then the rest was a cake walk. A very friendly staff. Thanks for my beautiful bug!!

The tracy team takes all the hassle out of car buying. Working with Taylor for my new lease a few months ago was a delight. He helped every step of the way and checked in to make sure i was happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is not about the standard "big business car dealership" and more about a family run local business.

I just bought a 2016 VW Tiguan from Steve at Tracy Volkswagen. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Steve was easy to work with. Hi:

I worked with Jim and the folks at Tracy to buy a 2015 Passat this week, and I had a great experience! Jim worked tirelessly to get me a great rate and terms, including a reduced down payment--that might even include some Black Friday cash! I also had a fun time on my test drive with Phil--who loved talking cars with me.

All in all, I highly recommend my buying experience with Tracy.

I purchased my new Golf from Tracey Volkswagen just a few weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say. What an absolute pleasure it was doing business with this team from the minute i walked through the door. The showroom is bright and inviting, not overwhelming and busy like every other dealership I've walked into before this. Everyone from Jim the sales manager on down, made me feel welcome and comfortable and I knew i was in a pressure free environment from start to finish.
