I have been bringing my children to this location for 5 years. We’ve almost always had positive experiences, and they look forward to their twice yearly visits. We are very pleased and excited to see all the new changes that are being made. I have noticed significant improvement in the wait times, which makes life much easier for this mom of 4! And the cosmetic upgrades are looking beautiful! The office feels bright and clean now. Miranda was extremely pleasant to interact with today. She was efficient, polite, and patient with my youngest. Thumbs up all the way, today!

This location is awesome and Shay is amazing with the kids. They do a great job making sure that they schedule all 4 of my kids for the same day and time. Shay takes the time to explain what is being done and that is highly appreciated. We as a family, had more fun here than I ever had when I went to the dentist as a child.

P.S. They give your child a cool balloon and toothbrush to take home!

Updated review: A year later and we still love Palm Tree Dentistry!! Shay was wonderful with my children and very informative on oral hygiene for them!

When I finally found a dentist that our insurance covered we were very pleased with our care. They were able to get us in the next day and when we went to the appointment we found out we need some more work and they scheduled us in for later that same day. Because we live about and hour away it was very helpful and they took wonderful care of my boys. We will continue our care with them. Krystle and Margo were very kind and helpful and we look forward to our cleaning in a few months!

Shay did a wonderful job with my children. She was very friendly and understanding. My middle child and youngest are usually scared of getting their cleaning and I have to say with Shay they were more comfortable and had a successful cleaning.

I am extremely happy with how Improved the office has become. The painting on the walls is wonderful and welcoming I especially like how friendly the front staff is. Everyone here is great with children and as a father I am extremely happy with how great they were treated.

5/5 stars and I recommend anyone to come here if you want your kids to be taken care of. Might I add that it is a very clean office.

This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and happy. Linda, the hygienist, is so helpful and knowledgeable about my children’s teeth care. Ashley, the dental assistant is very helpful at getting rid of any worries from my 7 and 5 children and does an awesome job at taking care of their teeth.

My children have been coming here since they first got teeth. We have always had a pleasant experience with the exception of a run in with one of their dentists(which is why I gave 4 stars) but the other staff are amazing. We checked in with Krystle who was super sweet and quick to check us in. Margo was the assistant with 2 of my children and she is sweet, polite, knowledgeable and my kids always light up when they see her. Eileen checked us out and helped us schedule new appointments and was very understanding and quick to get my daughter in again. Julie the office manage was kind and listened to my concerns and frustrations and made sure I knew I could always come to her with any issues.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a health care provider. The staff member I spoke with was so disrespectful and over spoke me everytime I voiced my concern as to why my childs appointment NEVER seemed to be documented when i called in 3 weeks in advance to set it. 1 HOUR DRIVE out there and they had no record. No empathy, no concern at all. This employee should be fired and the management needs a professional staff that is capable of not messing up appointments.
I had given every piece of info including a SS# over the phone, WHERE did this confidential information GO after I gave it to you guys?
Later on I found the best dentistry in the county and my child received not only top notch care but as a PAYING CUSTOMER I was treated as if i mattered.
Not worth one star for this place.

The staff is very nice, but what everyone says about the wait is true. You can wait for several hours after your appointment before they will get you in. I've they do, the people are nice.

Grace , in office management, should be FIRED! horrible patient/parent communication! My son needed emergency help with his teeth, and after I calmly explained this to her (because Maureen at the front desk was no help either), she started screaming at me like a maniac. Not completely sure why. Then slammed the phone down on the desk. She told another employee to "hang it up" ! I tried to call back, to see what, or why this happened.. And they refused to talk rational. And they continued to pick up, and hang up the phone numerous times on me! Then , I got upset! ( obviously) and reported them to his insurance company whom put in a grievance report on them! Horrible staff at the front desk!! The woman in the back, we have had before and they were wonderful! As for Grace, she needs to go into retirement!

Had an appointment at 8:45 in the morning, the receptionist didn't even know when it was. Kept saying 8:30, 8:15, etc.

Then, I wait for 2 hours before I get seen with an appointment.

The equipment looks faulty and dated. The X-ray machine has frayed wires, and I overheard the staff talking about irrelevant topics as I was waiting for hours.

Would not recommend this dental office.

This place was soo crazy busy and overbooked! The staff was nice, but we were in the office for 4 1/2 hours for just a cleaning. The family before us had been waiting 3 hours before being taken to the back. Plus, it was very strange to have multiple families getting their teeth cleaned in the same room. Not a very good experience for my kids who had never been to a dentist.

Don't bother making an appointment! They don't follow the appointment times anyways. Waited over an hour an half before we gave up. Their reasoning for the wait "depends on how kids acted" watched 4 families get called back that showed up after we got there. Horrible place and will be looking for a new dentist. Its the devils DENtist

I have been taking my son here for 14 yrs. He's now an adult and still a patient. Yes, there always has been a long wait. But when your dealing with kids, you need to have patience. Not all kids have a easy time. The staff has always been incredible to deal with even when they are dealing with some not so nice parents. (Which I have personally witnessed several times over the years) They have never done or recommend anything that was not needed. As for the office, they have been trying to fix it up but it's hard to keep it nice when people don't follow the no drink no food signs. To the staff keep up the great work and thank you for ALWAYS taking such great care of my son for the past 14 years and continuing to do so now.

I recently had a tooth extracted at Cobbe Dental. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly..they made me feel at ease. Dr. Paula is WONDERFUL!!!!! She made me feel so relaxed before and during the procedure. The extraction went quickly without any issues - pain free!! I healed quick without any swelling or pain after the extraction. Thank You Dr. Paula, You Rock!!!!!

It's always more than a 2.5 hr wait and they get mad at you when you ask how much longer. Pulled my daughter out of school for an apt made 6 months ago by the time I walked out it was 4 and the was no reason for her to be pulled out and miss school. Never again. They just lost a family of 6. And 3 other families today

It's sad that I cant write a review without a star, because this place doesn't deserve one. I had fillings done and I've been 2 months now with pain. Every time I eat, I can feel it on my nerve. Parents, dot take your kids over there. They are Not gentle working on their patients mouths!

Horrible experience! Longest wait ever, and not even a good cleaning. I went to another dentist and they said that I needed a cleaning but it's funny that I just had a cleaning done three day prior to this. Also very rude.

I am so grossed out by this place, it's absolutely repulsive! The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months if not longer. I was told this was the best place to take my child for there teeth, it is completely the opposit. they have told me
What he needs done and that he can come back in a few days and by the time you get up to the front desk you find out they have nothing open for over a month! He needs a tooth pulled , an emergency spot, and they can't see him . This place is a revolving door , your child is just another number, nobody cares at all!

Please read this, they told me I had 13 cavities (WHICH WAS VERY WRONG). I was horrified and very upset, I was 19 years old then. My insurance made it nearly impossible to go to a new dentist. I refused to accept I had 13 cavities, I ended up moving to California where the insurance is different and I went to 3+ different dentists! They said 7, 4, 1 the last dentist said 1, and that the tooth pain was from a composite filling I had years earlier. She said the dentistry industry is shady and she doesn't know how they get away with this Please this is not an honest dentist aND I've gone to 5! All but 1 was a crook, she talked it over with me and was very honest. Evil. A filling takes out literally HALF your tooth, we only get one set of teeth and they tried to completely demolish mine!
