Terrible company. I had a 10am appointment for interior detailing which they said they would complete in two hours. I came back at roughly 11:50 to find that they had barely started working on the car. They did not call to let me know in advance or even attempt to apologize; they simply explained that they didn't have enough people to work on my car and that I could take my keys and go.

I was already obviously quite angry, but I became livid when I returned to my car and found cracks in my interior from the small amount of "work" that they did perform. The con artists at this company denied damaging my vehicle and refused to compensate me for the damage they caused. Stay far away from this company. They do not deserve to be in business

Usually pretty good but certain employees I found overlooked certain cleaning details that I specifically instructed and when I called with complaints, the owner wasn't there. They took my name and number and never got back to me.

I sign up unlimited bronze car wash 50 dollar. The leave water on my car two out three clean. Interior window one on inside leaving water on inside window. I asked them over all water left on the car. ATTUDE FROM EMPLOYEE SUCK I asked for refund wait call owner. Please avoid this full sevice car wash. Great If have go back ever day what damage or break on my 🚗,

I haven't been in years and decided to come back recently. I usually get a oil change here. This time around I purchased full service oil change which included a car wash. They always do a great job and definitely plan on sticking with them in the future.

If you're looking for a car wash that cleans your whole car, then this one is not for you. The car wash barely even cleans the back. The guys who hand dried it didn't even try to wipe it off! What a waste of $25. I'm better off spending $12 at Woodmens.

I just moved to SF Bay Area and I was looking for a good and trustful car detailing business. Did some research and found Jim at California Detailing. I took my Aston Martin Vantage for a full exterior detail, Carlos and Jim did an excellent job removing all the swirls and minor scratches. Car looked amazing. After such good experience I also took my Harley Davidson to get a full detail. And again they impressed me with such a good job. I definitely recommend and will be doing business with them again. Super A plus customer satisfaction.
