Great experience getting basic service done on my X3. Easy check in. The estimated amount of time for the work was spot on, which is important since I'm on a tight schedule. Congenial staff. Be sure to schedule ahead if you can.

I traveled over 4 hours to purchase a used Nissan Maxima from Alan and BMW of Milwaukee North. I was in a time crunch due to another possible deal that was in the works and it was Alan's ability to put the deal together timely and professionally that swayed me to drive this far for a used car purchase. The price and trade-in value of my car were reasonable and I honestly feel like both parties won on this deal, which is unusual in my past experiences. The experience from the moment I arrived until I drove out the door was second to none. I was treated as if I was there to purchase a $100,000 BMW, even though I was buying a used Nissan. Alan has a gift to do what he does so well. Very personable and never pushy. He even went above and beyond to get me a large bow for Christmas morning in the garage. Even though I am over 4 hours away, I know that Alan will be the first call I make whenever I am in the market again. Thank you for everything!

I worked with Peter and he was fantastic. Good communication and enjoyable to work with. Unfortunately the car I was looking for was tough to find and I had to purchase elsewhere but I will be recommending this place and Peter specifically to anyone looking for a BMW. Looking to buy a X5 in the next year or so and Peter will bet getting a call!

Just purchased our 2nd BMW vehicle, wife has a X5, now I have a 550i. The professionalism exuded is second to none, we were treated very well by everyone here and I cannot say enough of how hard they worked to get the deals done for us in a timely fashion. They have our business from now on and encourage anyone in the market for a BMW to look no further than BMW of Milwaukee North. You won't be disappointed. Special shout to Will and La for making our transition to BMW a smooth experience we will never forget.

I had bought my dream car a couple weeks ago (from another dealership) but unfortunately the alignment Was slightly off and there was a film all-over my windows that I could not scrub off. It appeared to be some type of hard water stains. When I brought it in I was informed it was all-over the car and my car felt like sandpaper!! Scott did an amazing job! He literally got every single spot off my car! Best detailer around by far! Also the general manager Ahmad Was amazing as well! Fantastic customer-service and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I had an issue I need of resolved and He was right on it taking care of it for me right away! Highly recommend them!!

Working with Jim and La was great. Both were respectful of my time, worked to get me into the vehicle I was there to buy and out of the vehicle I was there to trade. These days any respected dealership is going to treat you fair on price - because they have to in order to sell cars. So, the difference is not in whether they treat you fair, its in whether they treat you RIGHT. These guys treated me right. A win-win transaction.

I had problems with my BMW and I had to pay every time for different part repair. Finally it turned out to be recall issue. Now I'm working with Chris from Glendale service center department and he is helping me get my reimbursement for previous repair which was not needed. I'm very confident that end result will be that I will get my reimbursement done. Chris was very through in proving details as far as process is concerned and he himself is going to be involved in person. Thanks for listing and taking my concern seriously.

Sale person was nice but can't say the same thing about management for that reason I give them a 2 star, Management treat costumes like they're like dummies No thinking that if they're buying a vehicle with that high of a price it's because this people are intelligent and they know what retail is and also They're not given what they have away , Everything is numbers We're were we are for a reason and they're were they are for a reason SAD! Didn't see anyone walking through those doors I understand why.

My experience here (BMW of Milw. North) was so exceptional and professional. Erick made this experience so easy. He was very informative and patient with me. But most of all, he worked out an amazing sale for me despite all of the questions I had. He has a kind and friendly demeanor. The paper work process took minutes, something I never encountered in any other dealership. They say first impressions are everything and the first impression I received walking in was so positive and welcoming. This is my first BMW purchase and will not be my last! The finance agent, Kyle, explained everything in great detail but with simplicity and ease. I totally loved his personality. I know I'm driving my family and friends nuts because I literally sound like a commercial when I talk about my experience with you guys. But seriously, I was so impressed by the service I received. And in the end..I'm in love with my BMW ! Thank you.

Car buying is generally a "not so fun process" to begin with, couple that with buying a car out of state, it can be downright nerve racking. However, Jamil from BMW of Milwaukee North turned this into an extremely easy overall process. He initially started by showing the car via FaceTime, which increased my comfort level right off the bat. He identified any issues (which there really weren't any), again increasing my comfort level. After which, there were a few items that I wanted to discuss regarding the car and he made each of those happen.
Throughout the process he was completely transparent, and I was able to reach him with any questions that I had. If he didn't know the answer he put me in contact with someone who did.
Part of the process included me getting a pre-purchase inspection. Granted, I completely trusted Jamil on the condition of the car (which it was in great condition), I also wanted to get a third party to test drive because I was out of state and I wanted them to confirm that the car was in great shape, which they did. The most noteworthy part of that process was Jamil actually had the day off, and was willing to come into the dealership in order to bring the car to a third party shop to get the car inspected. I would absolutely recommend working with the dealership, but more specifically I would recommend asking for Jamil when purchasing a car at BMW of Milwaukee North.response / report this review -

We stopped by on Saturday to look at cars and ended up trading in one BMW for another newer model. The salesman Jamil Husein, was wonderful, very patient and worked well with us. The dealership is very accommodating. When I picked up my new (used) car, it was is in the showroom, clean and shiny and ready to go. Everything promised was delivered. Very nice people to work with. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership or recommend them to friends and family. They are wonderful. No high pressure sales pitch here. Thank you BMW Milwaukee North for everything. Love the car.

After 3 weeks of a long and exhausting used car search and series of disappointments from other dealerships in Milwaukee who I will not name, I purchased a used 2008 Acura 3.2 TL. The car was in great condition. My salesperson-Allen was amazing. He was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He promised me that the difference between my car-buying experience with BMW Milwaukee North and other so-called dealerships in Milwaukee would be like night and day and he was spot-on correct! Everyone on the sales and service floor were friendly and accommodating. Thank you BMW of Milwaukee North. I will be back!

We purchased a vehicle from BMW of Milwaukee North. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted by both the new car sales manager and the general sales manager. Erick really went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted. He made it easy and painless to buy. Christopher Currle is such a pleasure to have on your side when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He took the time and made the effort to find exactly what I wanted and at the right price! He has amazing connections and is awesome at networking! He is a very personable person who makes you feel comfortable and valued! I recommend his services to anyone.
