Had a great experience working with Amanda, Donna and Hannah. Donna worked hard to stay within the budgeted money we had to purchase a car. After a little back and forth we ended up staying within our budgeted amount and we drove out with a Subaru Outback. One of our kids was so excited that now there is another car for him drive now. Great service and knowledgeable staff is what you get from Boucher Kia of Milwaukee.

Looking for a very specific set of options, I found the car I wanted there. Donna and the entire staff went out of their way to make a deal. When a glitch in my financing came up, they found a way to make it work out and I left with the exact car I wanted, with the options exactly as I specified. I had one day to get this done as my schedule was packed. Boucher made it happen and it took some creativity, but I rolled Home happy.

I drove from the Chicago area to find this car, my local dealers were not much help. The entire staff was very accommodating and treated me well.

Considering the run around I got locally, I’d go back to Boucher to buy another car, rather than deal with anyone else. Thanks Donna!

The manager Michael was also very helpful in resolving a sticky situation regarding our trade-in.

My wife and I had been searching for a new car for about 2 weeks, settled on getting a new or used Kia Soul, and really were just looking for the best pricing. I really enjoyed my services today at Boucher Kia! I would like to give an excellent shout out to Donna, Mike, and Hannah. I received good services, and purchased a beautiful car that I was interested in. One thing that I can say is, I was very happy because they did not run my credit with multiple banks unlike other dealers. They found me a bank that would help benefit me. Almost everyone in there was helping keep my 4 year old daughter occupied while I handled business. The staff fed us pizza and kept asking if we needed anything, which I felt was tremendous. I would really recommend you to do business here, I promise you want leave with a frown and I guarantee you leave with a car.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I knew nothing about the car buying process, and I was nervous I'd have trouble with pesky salesmen trying to convince me to purchase a more expensive car than I was interested in. Walking into the sales floor, I was immediately greeted and offered a drink while waiting to be seen by a rep. I met with Donna, and she walked me through the entire car buying process, step by step, and answered every single question I had. There were many. She was warm, considerate and thorough. I was shown two models that I was interested in, 4 cars in total, at various price points, and was made sure that the car possessed the features I preferred. (And indicated upgrade packages I could purchase if the car didn't have what I wanted, if an option.) My experience was personally tailored, and Donna literally worked with me up until a minute before closing. I had the exact same positive experience with Hannah as she finalized all my paperwork. I highly recommend Boucher Kia. Excellent customer service! Thank you for helping me find the perfect new car!

I've had a 20-year association with this dealership and couldn't be happier. The service department is top-notch and kept my last car running for 10 years and 175,000 miles. They've always helped me make informed decisions about repairs, and I've NEVER felt the kind of bias one occasionally gets as a woman talking to service technicians or salespeople. My recent decision to lease a Kia was based largely on the fact that I wanted to stay with this dealership and these people.

We just picked up our 3 KIA Soul last Saturday. We now have two at home both from Boucher KIA of Milwaukee. I have also purchased 4 other KIA Souls and another KIA for the company I work for all From Boucher. All of our cars return to Boucher for service and we are always treated extremely well . I usually bring my dogs with me when I go in for service and they are also aloud in the waiting room and pet by almost everyone. There are many outstanding people at Boucher KIA and every one in the building has always made me, my family and the employees of the company I work for feel welcome. KIA Milwaukee has always given me a great deal, and there Service is the best. I can't ask for anything more !
