Absolutely worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased the car, then the imcompetent employees had locked the garage. Waited around for 45 minutes while they ran around like chickens with their heads chopped off trying to find keys to the garage. I ultimately had to come back the following day to drive my newly purchased vehicle home. Since then, they have not been able to figure out how to get me my license plates for my vehicle. It has been 3 and a half months and I have been to the DMV 3 times at the direction of the dealer and been turned away each time because the dealer had given me incorrect information. I’m still waiting on my license plates. Would love if someone in this dealership had half a brain and could figure out how to license a vehicle. They are a car dealership. I would think this would be a simple task. Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Wouldn’t want them to go through this painful process just to receive license plates. You would think after spending tens of thousands of dollars, you would get some reasonable customer service. Not the case.

Dierk at Umansky Motor Cars arranged a fabulous European experience for myself and boys. Great educational tour of the Mercedes Benz Plant and nothing like testing out the autobahn. I have been buying cars from them since 1999 and they have never disappointed me. Their quality and service is unmatched. Buy a car today and enjoy the experience of a life time!!!! Thank you Dierk!

AVOID. These are sleaze-ball hustlers.
They should be shut down; go ANYWHERE else.
I have had numerous bad experiences: Discrimination based on age, size, demeanor.
Really, some of the foulest people in the Milwaukee automobile world have collectivized at Umansky.
Terrible and shameful.
THEY RESPONDED:
They responded with a standard, cut-and-paste bot answer. A boiler-plate response faking sincerity.
That's one of their problems: A complete lack of sincerity.
And, in response to the response, they did nothing to resolve my issues. They also said they didn't have to.
Them sent me a contract asking me to indemnify them of their wrongdoing.
I would paste it, here, but that is a no-no because of 'third-party broadcasting.'
Umansky's conduct and practice is going to be their ruin.
Absolute vile and smarmy people. An army of white men who 'don't have to do anything' for you.

John Jordan never failed to greet me with a smile, firm handshake, and a hello. Although the first 2 visits have been unsuccessful due to credit issues he never stopped looking for solutions to get me in a working vehicle. Thanks to John Jordan and his team I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. I would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Usually for me I get very anxious buying a car. The experience at umansky was completely the opposite. I couldn't have been more relaxed. I will recommend Umansky to everyone!

I placed a Saturday afternoon phone call into the dealership and I was directed to Mario Sanfilippo . I was calling about a specific vehicle on the lot and Mario knew every detail about it, he didn't even have to pause to research which one I was referring to so I knew he knew his product and the dealership inventory. That impressed me, but what got me to commit to drive 30 plus miles and not seek out a similar vehicle at a different dealership was how he gave me the impression that he wasn't desperate for a sale and there was no pressure. About two minutes after the phone call I got a personalized text from Mario which directed me to a short video that he made about the car in greater detail and I was addressed in it by name . That made me change my Saturday plans to make a trip to Umansky Motors. He reached out and had me on the line. It's all about the details and the personal effect I was shown by Mario and that's why I'll buy my next car from him. I've purchased many cars, new and used and Umansky Motors far surpasses the competition in customer service and care.

When I walked into Umansky, I was feeling pretty defeated after dealing with pushy, ego-driven salesmen at competing dealerships earlier that day. I was lucky enough to meet Devin Hackney, who definitely has a bright future in sales. His passion is impressive. Devin went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was extremely empathetic, understanding, and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I have never met a salesperson more invested in their client than Devin! He did everything in his power to make sure I got the best deal, and for that I'm incredibly grateful. At Umansky, it seems like the philosophy is human first. It's not about the sale but more about making a genuine connection with their clients. Everyone from Devin to the Financial Manager to the support staff made me feel secure in my decision to lease from Umansky. I'm absolutely in love with my 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan, and look forward to working with you all again! Thanks so much!

My visit at Umansky Motor Cars was nothing short of amazing. This dealership is top-notch! I drove 8+ hours to get my Mercedes C300 from them. From the moment you walk in the doors everyone is very courteous and professional. Mario and Brian were fantastic to work with and upon seeing the vehicle it was everything they had described to me over the phone. My entire experience at the facility was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. The long drive was well worth it and I would easily travel the 8+ hours again for my next vehicle to deal Brian and Mario. Thank you Umansky Motor Cars for an outstanding experience!

Ben was great to work with! I was a bit apprehensive about traveling to Milwaukee to go car shopping, but once I arrived at Umansky and got inside the dealership, everyone there was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Although I expected a high-pressure sales experience, that was not the case. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me and that they would do what it takes to get me in it. I left the same day with my 2014 Mercedes C-Class and am loving it. The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles. I would--and already have--recommended this dealership to anyone looking for quality high-end luxury or sport vehicles.

Umansky Motor Cars delivered on its promise when it came to our recent purchase of a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat. The truck is crispy clean and has everything I ever need or want in a truck. Great value! Ben McCulley and I worked great together from the time that I called the dealership to the time that I walked out of it with the keys to our new truck. Professional service with a smile. Ben was great to work with!
I was a bit apprehensive about traveling to Milwaukee from quite a distance away to go car shopping, but once I arrived at Umansky and got inside the dealership, everyone there was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I came to Umansky because there is only one other Mercedes dealer in my general area, and I was unable to find what I was looking for at that dealership.
Although I expected a high-pressure sales experience, that did not happen. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me and that they would do what it takes to get me in it.
I left the same day with my 2014 Mercedes C-Class and am loving it. The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles. Ben also followed up with me after the sale to be sure I was happy with the vehicle.

Easy and stress free purchase. Purchasing our SUV at Umansky Motor Cars was wonderful. No games. No stress. No pressure. Working with Ben McCulley was a treat. Laid back informative a real nice guy. I didn't plan on financing our vehicle there, but they had better rates than my credit union. Winning! Chris in the finance department was top notch as well. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Umansky Motor Cars in the future.
