This location runs like a well-oiled machine, thank you for being so prompt, friendly, thorough.from the moment I drove onto the site to the moment I left, every single person I met here was wonderful. I know I can drop by car off in the morning, get a ride to work, then be picked up, and during the day, get updates on my car. This took the stress of getting my car done in the middle of the week right off. Thank you for being so wonderful!

I have been buying cars from Toyota of Orange for a few years now, I must say that it's one of the most car buying experience I have ever had and that's why I keep on going back. Mr. Robert Householder is straight forward and is a breath of fresh air to deal with. This time I got to meet another Toyota of Orange family member, Mr Doug Hill, another good man to deal with. I love the new Camry I got last night, feels like I am driving a high end Lexus. Can't wait to go back again when I am ready for a new car. Thanks Toyota of Orange, keep up the good work (Oh and the coffee machine is pretty awesome )

Amazing service department. Only have had 1 minor issue in all the times I've been here. But I think it was just that employee last time because overall theyre amazing. They were able to do an oil change last minute. I feel like that's rare because in most places (regardless of business type) they won't take you in because no one likes the idea of possibly staying past their end time. Will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Toyota of Orange! 💛

Pulled my brand new car off of the lot an hour ago. Literally the nicest people in the car buying world!! Herman was amazing. He explained all of my options to me, went to bat for me, didn't feed me any garbage and kept it real the entire time. He took extra time to make sure my phone was connected to my car and make sure all of my features were working in top notch condition. On top of that, their general manager (whose name completely escapes me at the moment) went above and beyond to get me into the car of my dreams at a price that I can afford. Doug was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all of my paper work and making sure that if I had any questions, they were answered. Thank you all for making this happen! This is the place to come if you want to make your car buying dreams come true!!

Great experience!!! Every time!!! If your looking to buy a car contact Stewart Eshelby. He's just a really nice easy going guy. Friendly and super helpful. Also the service maneger Mark Brandner really took care of me when another dealership botched a oil change. These guys seem to care about doing the right thing and really take care of their customers. Thanks won't take my Toyota's anywhere else.

Mum came out happy from the lot, with a great APR and monthly payment. My cousin got a new truck from there too and came out happy. While at this dealership we received a great service from Ruben Hernandez: I really recommend him if your looking to purchase a new car or is your first time buying. I was there to support my mum knowing that I wasn't going to purchase I had a couple of questions about different Toyotas at there lot and he helped me. I will however definitely purchase my next vehicle from them. Great customer service and care over all great great service. Thank you Ruben! 👌

I been taking my car for service to Toyota of Orange for over four years. Took my car in for regular service and a for window repair (window kept getting stuck when opening or closing).
The work that was performed was top notch. Along with honesty, integrity and excellence in service, I fully recommend Toyota of Orange for your service needs.response / report this review -

Great service! Had our car ready when they said they would and they even washed it. They much better then any other Toyota dealer I've gone to before, and I've owned 7 Toyotas now! Ill b back again!

Great place to shop. Went there few years ago and one of the smart manager told me that people pay more than the sticker price. I guess aliens come to this place to buy cars and pay more. It's not a place for me to go and shop there.

I had a great experience at Toyota of Orange. The inventory is so large I was able to get the exact model and color I wanted. The sales process was also extremely quick and hassle free. The sales staff wasn't pushy at all either.

I have bought or leased 5 cars from Toyota of Orange. Edwards Reyes ( our sales rep) is by far THE very best in the business. He is always very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.It has always been an absolute pleasure to do business with him. I just got my 6th car from him. I now consider him as a good friend. I highly recommend him.

I take all my company vehicles here for service. The service advisor are good and they have a shuttle that will pick up and drop off. The prices are fair and they are pretty quick. The waiting room is nice and stocked with free cold water bottles, cookies, donuts and a really nice coffee machine.

For years I have always had pretty good customer service at Toyota of Orange but today I met Angel Marquez. I had to get the weatherstripping on my windows re-done because the adhesive wore off. I was told that the repair would only be 1.5 hours. I then waited two hours to see what the status was and they said it would be another hour. I then had to go to the checkout desk again and they told me it will be a few minutes. It took them a full hour more before they released the car to me (10:00 PM). At this point the checkout desk said they could not provide me with my paperwork and that it would be mailed to me (weird). I was awaiting my car in the service office where Angel said they were washing my car. He said once it was done they would bring it to me. He then left me sitting in the service booth for approximately 10 minutes by myself. The last service employee saw me sitting there and asked me if I was waiting for my car.uh ya. He then called the checkout desk to see where my paperwork was and he seemed just as confused as I was. This whole series of events seems weird and shady. After he got off the phone he went and pulled my car around and said you are good to go. As I was entering my car, I saw through my window Mr. Marquez laugh at me with the service clerk like they were messing with me. And to top it all off. When I got home, I decided to check out the weatherstripping with my flashlight and noticed scratches all around my truck. Mind you this is a truck that is less than a year old and I hand wash my truck on a weekly basis so I would know if these scratches were old. I am NEVER going back there and you should do the same.
