Went in, worked with Smitty and his manager Chuck. Had a great experience! The entire staff was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend you go in and talk to Smitty!

Piss poor service! I wanted to buy a bike, but the overwhelming sense of "buy it or don't, we don't care" is not a good atmosphere. This place needs to learn that, just because you have a well known brand doesn't mean you don't need to have good customer service. Website will not give you pricing, try to email for pricing - same thing except they call you and give you the run around, to get you in the door. I will never go here again!

In May of 2016 I visited Riverside Harley Davidson looking for a bike that would fit my limited budget, of which I planned to pay cash. They didn't have what I wanted, so with glib remarks and in the best used car guy tradition the salesman tried to turn me to a louder and more expensive bike that I neither liked nor could I afford, so I got the hell out of there as quickly as I possibly could. Since I once was a used car salesman, YOU CAN TAKE MY WORD ABOUT WHAT I JUST SAID.TRUST ME. 😎😎😎
I only compared one accessory price with that of a competitor but it was literally fifty percent higher. With the already overpriced Harley Davidson brand, that is really saying a lot. I don't mind being gouged a little but there has to be a limit. Fortunately they can't do that with items in the parts catalog or they probably would.That kind of gouging makes me feel a lot less guilty when I make a parts purchase online and ask a dealer to install it for me, since loyalty has to go both ways.response / report this review -

It's another Harley Davidson dealership. Since I'm not necessarily looking to buy a new bike I interact mostly with the parts department and I can say that they are a good bunch. I've not had any problems getting what I need there and some of the things I am looking for are pretty out of the ordinary. They are knowledgeable and helpful .

Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Great amount of motorcycles and product! I was very surprised to see the amount of product as well as the amount of motorcycles they had on display for sale. They have a huge supply and everything is so beautiful! The only problem was I didn't know which one to choose from! But that's a very good problem to have. Hahaha! A very wonderful dealership indeed! I loved it!

Amazing dealership. Recently, took the beginners riding course offered by them and LOVED IT! Jim, Paul, Brian are all great guys and fun to talk with. Paul and Brian are both great instructors when it comes to teaching new riders how to properly and safely ride a bike for the first time. Jim is impressive to watch when he stops by and shows us what your skills could eventually lead too. I would recommend this course with them to any new rider. I most certainly will be back to do the Intermediate Course with Paul.

Were like family when we go in. Jacki love's to get me to buy a purse ( She's got me to buy 4 & a wallet!) love her and the rest of the girl are sweetheart. And we have adopted Seth as uncle Seth. I just love it there

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had from any company anywhere in my entire life. I purchased my first Harley a few weeks ago from here and I have been hugely impressed from day one. This company takes the time to show their appreciation of the hard earned money you spend with them by treating you like family.

Great dealership! So easy to talk with staff since they are so welcoming. Their motorcycle academy is top notch. Instructors are knowledgeable and make the class fun. Great job Dave and Dave!

I dropped off my Dad's bike this morning for a 10k service and I'm very pleased with the customer service. The bike has been sitting for 10 years. They even took the time to warn me of problems that could be present with pricing of repairs and what would be most cost effective. I like that they let you know of things that could come up so that you're not shocked when you pick your bike up. And the showroom has a great selection of different style bikes. This is a dealership that knows what they're doing. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your help, Andrew! You definitely made this a seamless transaction. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I'll add to this post in a week when I pick the Harley up. Can't wait!
