This is by far the best buying experience from a car dealership. Shack is very detail oriented and knows all the technical side of what a product specialist could offer. I spent a good couple of hours at this place. It's honestly one of the nicest dealerships I've ever been to and I've seen quite a few all over southern California. The people were extremely friendly, and kept us entertained while we had to wait for our car to be delivered. They were very helpful and attentive, not pushy at all and definitely helped me get a deal on my dream car. It really helps that the people were so friendly and not trying to put me through anything I wasn't comfortable with. From emailing their internet manager two weeks prior to leaving the lot with my new car, the experience was perfect.

Service was par for the course but I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism of one of the sales staff who felt it appropriate to discuss his night out ad nauseam while repeatedly cursing on his phone at full volume. This was all done in front of a lobby full of people having their vehicles serviced.

I recently had a recall and some misc. service work performed on my Mazda truck. After the work was performed I was told that it did NOT fix the issue. The slave cylinder inside the transmission was the issue. They quoted me $1080 parts and labor to fix. I thanked them for the work they performed and told them I would have the vehicle towed from their facility. Came to pick it up with a tow truck in route. While waiting on the tow I discover it works just fine, from the original service I asked them to do! I wonder if they would have just charged me for a service and done nothing, or gone ahead and replaced a working part. Either way I do NOT plan on returning.

The best employees are here they will go above and beyond for all of their customers that come through their doors. The employees are all friendly and hard working and were able to help me drive away with a brand new Mazda 3. So far my car has been working amazing and I am in love with it. I was recommended by a family member who bought a Mazda and loved it that I came to check out their location on a whim and I fell in love with it. Would highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Shoutout to Ricardo for helping me out and giving me some advice on buying and leasing a car through Mazda!
