Car serviced here. Car runs like it is brand new. No problems with the car.

The minute you pull in for service you are greeted by a man that inspects your car for dents and dings. Don't let him touch your car. I paid for a door ding and dent fix and the work to this point has never been completed after 3 months and 2 visits to the service department. On the second visit, I reminded him twice of the needed repair. He was always going to check on the paint, but obviously he never did because after having my car 3 days he never did the work but was full of excuses as to why he couldn't do it. This review isn't intended to reflect negatively on the other services, but of this dent guy.BEWARE!

Overall good review. Everything went well with the exception of a small scrape on the front fascia on my new M240. Also the free Sirius radio subscription was not activated before I left the dealer. Ipod nano music not recognized, etc. Love the car otherwise. BMW lives up to its reputation where it counts.

Ive been coming to this dalealership for a little under 2 years, and I'm always satisfied with my service. Never had any issues with anything regarding my car or me. They take care of what you need. Recommended for sure.

Do not trust them with body work. They had me come pick up my car and the power steering wasn't working. They blamed the body shop. I just found that I have no engine shield and they also blame the body shop. The body shop in question is Caliber Collision where BMW subbed it out to under their name Caliber claims BMW left it off and vice versa. Either way BMW Riverside can not be trusted because they refuse to take responsibility or ownership when they sub out work. They don't even check it out with their own eyes before you pick it up. They said they try to be a one stop shop, but since now I am on my own to file supplements, they are just one of my many stops.

I've been purchasing vehicles for 39 years and this is the 1st no pressure sales experience of all. I'd shopped several BMW dealerships but decided to go with BMW of Riverside based on how I was treated by Sales Consultant Rene Orellana. He was very professional and respectful. Had it not been for him, the purchase would not have went down at this dealership. I'll be shopping for a new M4 when the next new body style is released and BMW of Riverside is my new purchasing home!

I have been bringing my car here for quite a few years to be serviced-have never been disappointed by the level and quality of service-they have always provided me with a loaner car-and everything just went so smoothly here. Over the years, before I had my BMW-I drove other cars and had service at a lot of other dealers-and none of them could even come close to the level and quality of service that I've had from BMW of Riverside.

Decided to buy a Certified Pre Owned i3 and I have been shocked by the level of service they offer. I had one fix I needed on my car and they gave me a brand new 320i loaner for the week. The service bay is spotless and someone immediately greets you upon arrival. I am anxious to see how everything improves even more once the construction of the new building is complete.

Simple, smooth process, I knew what I wanted, they listened, they provided, we agreed, and that is how simple this whole process should be. Larry Winkler was the facilitator in this process, professional and pleasure to work with, and the same could be said for the other folks involved as well. Stay tuned for more, as a BMW credit refund is still pending, but I have faith this going to be handled just like my purchase, and there should be no issues:). Glad I came to this dealership, and look forward to more future interactions. Max

This place has always treated me well with my old BMW and having never actually purchased a BMW from them. Customer service has been great. At this review they are under remodel which makes it kind of less comfortable and convient. But I am sure it will be better than it was previously. Which was nice. Can't say anything but good things about the customer service I have received.

The new car sales guys are pretty good and honest (Vince has taking care of me twice, the used car guys will lie, cheat, and try to steal everything they can. The device department is excellent. I've dealt with TRAVIS, Fabian, and JOHN and have all exceed my expectations.

This was my first time visiting a BMW dealership all i can say is "WOW" i have never experienced great customer service like i have here everyone was friendly and willing to help me to the best of there ability Above and beyond is the support i received my car was serviced in a timly manner i was also offered a Courtesy car i was able to drive while my car was being fixed thank you BMW of RIVERSIDE
