Toyota of Dallas really went above and beyond with helping me find and purchase a used car that I absolutely love. The sales rep, Markus, knew I was in the market and actually contacted me practically as soon as the car drove onto the lot. I'm so happy he did! I went in strictly just to look at it, but the manager, Brent, made me a trade-in offer on my vehicle that I just couldn't refuse. He also took a lot of time to address my concerns and made me feel confident in my purchase. I honestly feel that I got an amazing deal and these guys were truly the best to work with!

Today I was treated to the BEST experience purchasing a new vehicle. Joey Ferguson was my Advisor today. He treated me with respect and complete honesty. He made me feel like I was the only customer at the Dealership. His wonderful attitude, attention to detail and the caring way he answered every question I asked is the reason I will return to him for my next new vehicle. I truly appreciate the level of service he provided me with today. I want to say a heartfelt Thank You to Joey for my experience today.
I also want to say Thank You to Sarah Mann for the courteous, attentive and wonderful deal he put together for me today.

Great experience, a Toyota dealership to check out.

Found a car on their website that I liked so we went in where we met Joey F. He waited patiently as we got a drink and then escorted us to his desk to find out what we were looking for. He was personable and professional and excellent combo.

Took the car for a spin while Joey talked about the car's features. I'm so used to having a salesperson navigate the shortest route back to the dealer but Joey was in no such rush giving a great chance to scope out the ride.

Once back, the negotiations with Joey and the sales manager went quite well. They were never pushy and extremely calm through the entire process. I would definitely go back.

So my parents and I walked into Toyota of Dallas to replace one of our vehicles. My dad was in a serious car accident and we just needed a car to get around. His credit wasn't that great at the time. However, Jorge Juarez, was patient and laid out many options for us. He got us into a 2017 Camry and we just couldn't believe it. Mr. Juarez made the process quick, and very easy to understand. Also a great finance team at this property! His car still drives amazing!

I came in later one evening to look at Camry for my wife. She was not with me, I wanted to surprise her! I was told that I should ask for Jay Lee that he would treat me good and work with me on my ideas. He was good! So nice, worked fast and good. I am thankful my boss told me about him. Also when time to go, Sarah let me use a wife to surprise with my wife. My wife was so happy and so that makes me so happy too. Thank you Jay and Sarah for a helping me to surprise my wife and making it a great day!

Toyota of Dallas is so good! Every staff member I worked with was thorough and honest in their dealings with me. I started with the website contact form, and ended up working with Jay Lee. He walked me through the whole process of purchasing a new Prius, clearly was knowledgeable about the car, and practiced sales in a way where I always felt that he had my interests in mind. He was patient with the process, no hard sale or pressure, just good service. Sarah also was polite and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The hand-written thank you card put the finishing touch on the deal.

Highly recommend this dealership, the people here are professional and kind.

Great experience. This was the third dealership and the last one that I went to. The professionalism in this place was perfect. The sales rep that I worked with was Tom Said. He was also exceptional. He let me test drive a few cars and helped me with my purchase. The paperwork was a bit much, but that is what you get when buying a car. I won't be back in Toyota Dallas for another 15 years, until my reliable Toyota breaks down, but until then I will definitely refer friends and colleagues to this dealership and to Tom Said if they want to guarantee quality service. Thank you Toyota of Dallas, I hope to see you in 15 years! Keep up the good work!

This was one of the best car buying experience that I have ever had through a dealership. Caodan Tran (my sales person) was very pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive several models to help me find the one that best fit me. From the trade in to buying the new car, there was no pressure at all. Even after buying the car, she took the time to check in with me to see if I was still happy with my purchase and If I had any further questions. It was an all around great buying experience. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership. Toyota of Dallas really knows how to work with you to find the car it is that you're looking for. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Roderick did everything to make us feel at home, as well as helping us find the vehicle that we needed that best fit our life style. We ended up going with the 2017 Toyota Corolla and couldn't be any happier with our decision. I travel a lot and the Corolla was definitely the best choice for me considering that it gets 30+ MPG. All and all I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dallas to anyone considering on getting a new or used vehicle.

Excellent! We bought a 2017 Highlander LE Plus. Our salesperson was Jessica. She's very personable, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable of the vehicles. She helped us work the financing to what we wanted. After we settled on the vehicle, signed all of her papers, and got the deal we wanted, we then worked with Harold Hunter, Jr., the Finance Manager. Again, very personable, explained every detail of the contract, and made the financial process as smooth as possible. The whole buying experience was professional and yet, very personal, as it should be. Toyota of Dallas gets high praise from us.

I love this place and it's definitely the people that make this THE BEST place to go for a new car! Cody, Dustin and Sarah went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my very first car purchase. They talked me through it, explained everything in detail (over and over again) and remained patient with me. I am so glad that I did not buy at the first place I went to and that I had the nerve to get up and leave because I would have missed out and regretted buying my new Camry. But here, I was so comfortable that not wanting to buy never crossed my mind! I hope everyone reads this so they know where to go to buy their first car as well. You can get a car anywhere, but like I said, It's the people that make the difference! I even got to meet the GM, Darren while I was there. He even assured me I was getting a safe car, a great deal and a dealership to use for a lifetime! We have had a wonderful experience with Toyota of Dallas! Taurean was pleasant to work with, and personally followed up with us after our purchase to schedule some minor repairs on our 2015 Camry. He also brought this car to our attention, when the year models we were looking at just weren't quite what we wanted, and we are so glad he did. The car is just right for us. From the start when they came all the way to pick me up from my job to getting me into a great car, meeting my requests, and now to 6 months later getting me a complimentary oil change and a full tank of gas!
