Great place to get a new car. My salesman was Clyde Jackson and he was awesome!
Looking for a new car is one of the things that I hate the most because of pushy salesman.
Clyde actually listen to my needs pushed enough to get the cell and at the same time did not push too much. It is very nice to go somewhere knowing that the people who work there have a job to do and running into someone like Clyde who actually listens to the customers needs and finds the right fit.
I ended up with a beautiful car with very low mileage on it with a payment I could afford.response / report this review -

Ken sold me a car very fast and promptly. This is one of the best services I have recieved at a dealership. He put me in a car within my price range and it did not take much time at all. Overall great service!

This place was AMAZING!!!! Such great people. From salesman to manager to the employees walking around! It was just great overall. I got a brand new Altima thanks to Mo and Angie! The payment was where I want it! Mo got me the color and everything I wanted with the car. Angie brought down the price and gave me great numbers! No pressure in finance either! Thank you so much Clay Cooley Nissan for having such a great staff and making my experience easy!!!!

I am beyond amazed with this location. As soon as I pulled up to the drive, Jeff was very welcoming. He was able to get me in the vehicle that I wanted! I am so in love with my car!!! THANK YOU JEFF!! You’re awesome! Will make sure to refer you to everyone I know!! :)

I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the Irving dealership. I was greeted by a man I believe his name was Larry, but he was amazing a great down to earth man who found the best car for me. Then I was able to meet Armando my Sales man who informed me of all the great safety features as well as assist in my selecting. Finally we closed the deal in the finance department with a guy by the name of Charles. Charles was a great guy and a very well dressed one I might add. He blessed me with finding the best over all thing that helped me make my selection was the paperwork and closing.

The entire staff from my brilliant and knowledgeable salesperson Damaris to Sales Manager extraordinaire Awesome Angie were on point. Even before I set foot in the Irving location they were cognizant of my doubts and trepidation about actually making ownership a reality. Not only did they torpedo my doubts they far exceeded my expectations well beyond my imagination. I've not always heard positive feedback about Clay Cooley dealerships, but I can honestly say this was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Clay Cooley Nissan-Irving to all inquiring minds.

My experience here was ify. I was dealing with Connor who seemed to be fairly new to the whole car salesmen position just because I communicated with his manager Leo pretty much the entire process. Leo the manager was very helpful and understand. Connor on the other hand was definitely rude when we had our phone conversation. He got upset because I didn't want to accept a brand new car that I didn't want. I came to this location looking for a used vehicle they had posted on their site. Long story short Connor hung the phone up on me while I was still on the phone and told me verbatim "Well have fun riding the bus". So for that reason alone I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with someone like that.

Great place to get a car from ! Alvin Tyler helped me find the car of my dreams. He took the time to ask me questions, didn't rush me while I tried to make a decision, & also worked with my bad credit. I recommend Alvin Tyler when I go to Irving Nissan Clay Cooley.

They were very courteous and got us the price we wanted. They handled us professionally and understood the amount monthly we wanted. Our salesperson, Ken, was respectful and kind and worked with our needs. He did a great job! I would highly recommend him if your looking into a new vehicle.

Revised: After posting the review below I was contacted by Cameron, the manager at Clay Cooley. He asked me to come back in so that he could do a complimentary service on my battery. I was very hesitant, as I had made up in my mind that I was not going back to this location, but he insisted. When I went back, Cameron definitely made up for the service I received that previous weekend. He cleaned and tested my car battery, changed the battery in my car key, deodorized my air vents, washed and hand waxed my car (personally). He gave me a bunch of information and resources about cars in general. I can honestly say that my experience with Cameron is the ONLY reason I will continue to take my business to Clay Cooley!
Previous Review: Currently been waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change an oil change. I had scheduled an 8am appointment and after waiting an hour, I went to inquire about how much longer the wait time will be and was told another 30mins for the car wash. I would have gotten faster service at Walmart auto. I expect quick and excellent service when I come to the dealership especially considering the cost is almost double what I'd pay elsewhere for the same basic service. The receptionist was professional when addressing my concern and offered a discount but I AM STILL WAITING a half hour later even though I opted out of the car wash. Also, during the wait time we were bombarded with at least 3 sales man which was very bothersome.response / report this review -

Connor Henkel was very helpful, we were initially looking for another car that was sold before we arrived. He looked for the same model with less miles and gave us a great deal. The process was easy and fast.

While I was there awhile it was definitely worth it. I applaud everyone that patiently worked with me last night. Shoutout to Jerry, JD, Charles, and the GM (I forgot his name). Being a female going into a predominantly male ran business can be intimidating but these guys were great! I'll be back for my next car.

Had such a great experience at Clay Cooley Nissan! My husband and I were working with Connor into getting us a bigger/better car for our family. Connor was so nice, professional and helpful with it all. After showing me multiple cars in the course of three days, we were finally sold on the Pathefinder. We also worked with Kareem that got us an exceptional deal on our car. We can't be more thankful for all the patients that these two had with us! Will definitely return and work with these two again! Definitely recommend both of these guys!!
