My wife and I recently had spa services while on vacation in Dallas. They received a 2 star rating because my massage and men's facial were great but they would have received 1 star rating for my wife's massage and facial. During my wife's massage the masseuse bent my wife's leg in a manor like she was a chiropractor and not a masseuse. Ever since then my wife has struggled to walk and exercise. Normally she runs 30-40 miles a week and lifts 6 days a week but because of an injury caused by this massage she couldn't run 3 this week. We called and spoke to a manager and said the masseuse would call my wife to see if she could talk her through correcting the issue. She never did and hence this review. I gave them a chance to correct their mistakes and they didn't call or offer to refund her massage. We will never return to Spa Habitat. Go there for relief and come out broken. Also the products they sell are such a high markup from the actual vendor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Awesome massage, awesome customer service. Highly recommended.
My husband and I went here during our trip to Dallas. We had never had a massage before and wanted to pamper ourselves on our trip. We got a couples massage and left feeling AMAZING. Sarah and Susan did an amazing job and it was very relaxing and much needed. I only wish we lived in Dallas so we could visit more often.
My organic hot stone massage was awesome I enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. I treated myself for my birthday which was a great decision. I would suggest this experience to everyone. You work hard and you deserve to treat yourself.
Very relaxing and professional. On the expensive side..
This is the worst spa I have ever been to. They totally ruined my skin back in May and I'm still trying to recover from it.
So back in May, I wanted to get a facial done for mother's day. So I drove all the way from Denton to Dallas because I heard that the lady that works there called Annie was really good. when I got there, I asked her to suggest me a facial and she did. Note: I had really clear skin before this. The only reason I went for a facial was just to get pampered and feel relaxed.
A few days after the facial I started getting little bumps on both sides of my face and then over the last 3 months they have gotten worse to a point where both my cheeks look like the skin of a seriously acne prone person. Don't waste your money here and ruin your skin like I did . I'm still trying to get rid of the damage caused. I even went to a dermatologist and no solution. I am so upset with this place
I have been to Spa habitat four times and I LOVE it. The service was great and relaxing. I had a deep tissue massage with Christina and felt so much better after. I bought some bath salts that work wonders from Spa habitat. I love how everything is natural and organic and smells amazing. I showed up a bit late, but the were able to fit my whole time in! Already booked my next appointment with my mom!!
