  I had some scuffs on a pair of dress shoes I wanted to buy. They didn't add a discount to them but instead polished them in the store for me. So that was pleasantly unexpected.

  I love Nordstrom Rack. However, they always have a long line to check out. When I finally made it to the counter the cashier asked if I wanted the rewards card. I politely declined. She kept asking and I said no each time. She asked me 5 times. It was pushy and uncomfortable.

  I usually visit the sandy location which is amazing. I went in to this location today to return a Haute Look item that was slightly over 90 days old. When I bought the shoes, this policy was not in place. Shoes had not been worn and I had my receipts and tags and Linda (store manager) was so rude. If you need to return an item don't go to this location!

  All five stars go to Fae, the tailor. I needed a suit jacket altered slightly in two days. I came in at about 2pm and she had it finished by 7pm the same day. We didn't exchange many pleasantries or anything like that but she was still kind. Unfortunately, the cashier got the impression that I was very upset and concerned Fae wouldn't do a good job (totally not true, I have the demeanor and temper of a mouse) so Fae called an hour after I left and made sure that wasn't the case! I really appreciated it and I think Fae's a champ. She did wonderful work!

  Walked into the store to get some shoes. The store has a great atmosphere. Smells of new clothes and fresh shoe leather fill the store. It will make you excited to buy. Great signs directed me to the shoes I wanted. I am a tall man and need a large foundation. I found an adequate selection of size 16 plus shoes to choose from. Great store. Classy stuff at affordable prices.

  Still standing in line! Remember Flash the sloth from Zootopia. HOLY!! We get it your suppose to be nice but 10 min for 3 items! Move it along I'm 4th in line with 10 behind me.

  I wish I could give this place 5 stars.
  I love their clothes and prices, but the only reason it doesn't get 5 for me, is the unclear and unmarked areas for pricing.
  You know you are going there for a deal, but there are many, many items there that I feel are the same price at the department store.
  They will get my 5th star as soon as that gets better marked.
  Love the service when I go, they are accommodating in the Sandy location and responsive. I called and the manager was so kind and adorable!
  He made sure all my questions were answered.

  Good store, good service! I never feel like staff is unwilling to help, often times I feel they are too helpful!
  This store happens to often have a wide selection of clothing for both men and women's. My only complaint is sometimes I can't seem to find many men's plain shirts or graphic tees. However the selection of shoes makes up for that as they seem to have more than the sugar house Nordstrom rack does!
  I have never had a problem returning here nor Nordstrom. One of the many reasons I try to only shop Nordstrom stores!
