Always unique and interesting clothes for an awesome price. If I need a new outfit, for anything this is my go to!
Also be on the lookout for Jupiter the Cat!

Dopest place to buy & sell clothing and costumes at really great prices. Always full of cool friendly people & staff. Pibs Exchange is a must-go if you are in Salt Lake!

Came here for the first time yesterday to pick up some show-make up, and boy, what a treasure this joint was. There was great staff, huge selection of clothing/accessories/etc. and some of the craziest cheap prices I'd seen anywhere. I walked out with my makeup (20$), and a nice H&M Winter Coat in almost brand-new condition (15$), and some 30$ Timberlands almost tempted me on the way out. A wonderful place.

I'd never been to this store before but it looked cool and unique so we went in. It was so much fun! There was a huge variety of clothing and fun accessories. I will definitely be coming back.

I tried to sell some of my clothing here, but as I sat petting the store cat, I watched the buyer go through some other people's bags of clothing. He eventually called me, telling me they were ready.

I walked up, and he said that they weren't able to buy any clothing from me, but gave me a 10% off coupon. I asked why, and he said "Condition issues." I asked "Like what?" And he said "Just condition issues." I opened the bag, and it looked like the clothing hadn't even been looked at. The coat I put in the bag last was still on top, and all of the shirts that I had folded and put in the bag were still folded and in the same order. I have my doubts about whether they even actually looked at the clothes.

There was even a shirt I had gotten from Pib's a couple of months ago and worn once in the bag, and all of the clothing was in great shape - I had taken all of the damaged or worn stuff to DI.

So yeah, they have decent clothing and a cool cat, but I get the feeling the buyer didn't feel like doing their job, and they couldn't give me a specific reason why the couldn't take my clothes other than nonexistent condition issues.

As a teen, I don't make very much money so this is definitely the place to come if you're looking for unique and CHEAP items for your wardrobe. Every time i come in I always bring in friends so they can know how awesome this place is. The only downside is I spend nearly my entire paycheck here :/

Don't bother taking clothes here to exchange. I brought in several articles of clothing that were literally worn once, maybe twice. They were wrinkly, but stain free. Almost all of them were clothes I bought directly from the store and just had sitting in the back of my closet. Oddly enough, they bought one piece that I had gotten from another second hand store and another piece I had picked up at a discount store. Walking around the shop, I saw stains on clothing and t-shirts that had been cut with scissors. It seems to be a great shop for Halloween, but outside of grade schoolers, I don't know who would shop here for everyday wear. *shrugs* Service was friendly enough.

My favorite thrift for unique looks, costumes, and theatre makeup! I am an SFX makeup artist and it is nice to have a place so close to restock my kit!

Really cool place and lots of clothes and costumes. Kind of a hit and miss though. Some months I'll find a lot to love and buy other months I walk out with nothing. However they have a huge variety and even have top brands at grest prices. Every friend I've dragged here goes back by themselves or has shown their friends. The employees have always been friendly and the store cat is super cute.

So, I've been to Pibs twice in the past couple months intending to sell. The first time was on a Friday. They were 15 minutes late opening the doors with a crowd of people outside and then I was told they don't buy on Fridays. I went directly to one of their competitors and sold my lot (4 pendelton flannels) for a great price. 2nd visit was today. I wanted to unload a brand new Arc'teryx light softshell and was told they aren't buying any coats at all. This is the type of jacket you'd wear on a summer evening. I've come to realize Pibs doesn't really make it easy for customers to interact with them, they have a poor eye for an opportunity when it comes in the door, and I'm generally developing a distaste for their business.

Literally a joke. Great place if Ugly-On-Purpose is your style but definitely don't try to sell anything cute, nice, or attractive here- it's a waste of your time since they will tell you its "not their style". But if you want to sell or shop for glittery 13-year old prom dresses, frumpy shapeless tops, or other disgusting items then come on down!
