i had a wonderful experience staying at Townplace Suites the night before my wedding. It was one of the few hotels in the area that was able to comfortably accommodate 8 people. I loved that the suite had 4 beds and a pull out bed! The breakfast was simple but certainly sufficient. I would like to thank Abel for working things out so that we could check in early as several in my party were arriving early in the day and wanted to rest. I also would like to give a shout out to Jonathan who worked the night shift. He was kind, provided exceptional service during our check out and was patient when answering our many questions. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel when in the Tampa Bay area!

Decent hotel. Facilities are pretty nice. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast left some to be desired. Limited parking. Rooms fit and finish was mediocre at best. If the Residence Inn is booked again, I’ll be back.

Free shuttle to and from airport and local malls was convenient. No stores or anything within walking distance except one restaurant. Can get pizza delivered. Has a quiet outdoor pool. Needs a hot tub. Rooms and breakfast adequate.
Fridge, stove, and utensils were useful.
Marian at the front desk really friendly. Megan at front desk looks like she hates her job.

Very friendly staff! Very welcoming and the rooms were nice and clean! We were there 5 days for my moms surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was Wonderful! Will most def be back and would recommend this hotel to friends and family

The staff is very friendly, Very clean rooms. It is very hard to find a feather free hotel this one is. Every time I check in the manager makes sure that I have a allergen free room.

Well appointed but small rooms. Staff is friendly & helpful. Good breakfast in the morning, but you can't get a cup of java in the lobby past breakfast. Big pool with alot of seating and a gas grill at pool.

Great hotel and very affordable. 20 mins from Busch Gardens and Tampa Zoo. Right across street from nice eatery/pub World of Beer. Great outdoor pool. Restaurants around to Uber too by water.

The room was clean. Not as new as most of the other Marriotts I've stayed at recently. Breakfast was great. Coffee was quite good. All around good service. Well worth the price.

Overall not bad, but the "hot breakfast" is exactly the same everyday and it's never includes bacon. You get some over hard eggs and sausage patties every, every single day. And, no fruit outside of bananas. If you plan an extended stay, thing PRISON FOOD.

Our room was well designed for two people maybe three people, but with four, was tight! The hotel is close to the airport for flights, and was a decent stay overall.

I only spent about eight hours in this hotel but it was very comfortable. It's close to the airport and easily accessible. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed a place in town.

This place seems really new. And the breakfast was great. The rooms look new and were very clean. Seems like a great place to stay. There are a couple places nearby to eat so you may have to drive for food. The rooms are nicely designed and compact but entirely useful. There was even a kitchen area with good sized fridge.
