Location is convenient to the expressway and Dale Mabry allowing for easy travel to anywhere in Tampa. It seems to be getting a renovation. The lobby and breakfast area appear to be finished and halls from the lobby is still being worked on. Room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very welcoming, offering us bottled water on arrival as well as cookies that are kept at the front reception for guests. The breakfast area was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Upon check in staff is absolutely amazing! Room is spacious, cozy & clean! Staff delivered complimentary fresh baked cookies, water & snacks to the room!

Wasn't displeased with the price/ value. Truly, the breakfast made it for me! It's available From 4am- noon, which is nice if you've gotta be on the job when most hotel breakfasts start. Ms. Jeannette was awesome! Actually every one is very friendly and professional. I just can't stop raving about the fresh waffles WITH the option of chocolate syrup. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage or bacon. Yes, I'll be back!

We went to see the Buccaneers play the Patriots. The hotel gave us a ride to and from the stadium.( well, they had to drop us a block away, but that's okay). Great accommodations. Great breakfast bar. The only problem I had with the trip? My Bucs lost!

Well maintained grounds. Friendly staff. Over the top amenities. Coffee and a warm cookie to greet me at check in with a full breakfast in the morning. I think the menu rotates but we had French toast sticks, vegetable omelettes (that had ham in it for some reason), and turkey sausage links. Another cup of coffee and a USA today got me out the door to face the day. Except for a stiff yet comfortable mattress, it had all the comforts of home while I was away.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Good complimentary breakfast. Front DESK employees very friendly. The only problem was the tub-shower. It was very slippery. You must be very careful or you will fall as I did.

The lady at check in was new and didn't know how to answer our questions, she had to call a coworker on the phone in order to help us. She tried her best and was very apologetic. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and very helpful!

Excellent service. My mother and I were in trouble trying to move into new apartment. It was delayed 2 extra days. We were well acomadated after explain situation. Thanks Febrees? Name kind of sounds like that.

Hilton, please close this place down until they update and fix the rooms. I won't stay here again even though it's inexpensive and close to work. 2 stars for the very nice shuttle driver's and shuttle. The shuttle is a big purple Ford van that's relatively new. They're willing to drive you up to 5 miles from the hotel.

Checkin was a breeze. Room was very nice,. spacious and comfortable. One issue was taken care of very promptly by the.front desk and maintenance. Very convenient location to both Tampa and St Petersburg. Due to other.Plans we didn't get the free breakfast but it looked really good. The only issue was noise from nearby airport but we don't go to bed early and the flights stop around 10pm. Would definitely visit again.

Staff was super friendly. Shuttle service was available to Raymond James Stadium and anywhere else in town. They offered us bottled water at 6am when we were checking out. I was very impressed with the overall service from every staff member we encountered. Breakfast was great and well stocked.
