  Right on the beech good rates. Nice pool. Palm trees and other Landscaping makes it look like you're in the islands. Workers were busy rehabbing rooms we had a newly rehabbed room that was nice. Beach chairs beach towels grilling facilities available

  Great place! We really enjoyed it! The room was so clean, smelled great, and had a great shower and kitchenette area (no stove). Courtyard is so cute, pool is in the middle of it, and it's just a walk out the back door to hammocks and chairs on the beach. It's a little weird there at the moment though, but I think it's because they are doing some renovations. We definitely plan on coming back again.

  We were hit by hurricane Irma and had no power so we decided to stay at Hotel Sol, for their internet and power. I was so pleasantly surprised, the hotel is just adorable, the rooms are new and clean and the beach and view are amazing. The people there were so helpful and friendly. I think we may be back for a little getaway!!!

  Very relaxing beach front hotel. I only gave it four stars because when some bad storms came through it flooded the interior courtyard and exits of some of the rooms. But the kids enjoyed playing in the water. Otherwise, a beautiful vantage point for sunsets, the availability of gas grills, and accessibility of beach makes it a definite return location. Already booked for next spring!

  I have stayed four times at this hotel, and it is a wonderful place. The rooms are clean, bright and fresh. The courtyard has beautiful foliage, and the pool area is perfect. There are many places to sit outside and visit or eat, in the courtyard, in a covered area between the pool and the beach, and on the edge of the beach. Numerous gas grills are available for free guest use (be sure to stop by the office to borrow tongs or a flipper). Our room was available before check-in time, and staff allowed us to check in early. The value is excellent, as well, for a hotel right on the beach. A couple of small changes would make this an even better place to stay: a larger, better-working refrigerator in the junior king suite; a dishrag and dishtowel in the kitchenette; plates, cups, and utensils in the kitchenette; and more dependable WiFi.

  Hotel Sol is a hidden gem! Amazing location, clean rooms & a very comfortable/cozy atmosphere. Hope to return soon - highly recommend!

  Great location, right on beach. Small property but very well maintained. A lite noisy but overall great time a.d very relaxing.

  Great location, just steps to an amazing beach! Rooms are clean and comfortable but be forewarned, a common walkway and the pool are right outside most rooms which can be very noisy after 8 am. Not good for night owls at all!

  Great mom and pop hotel right on the beach. Beach access is fantastic, with a laid back vibe. The rooms on the second floor facing the beach have a great view, but the walls are a bit thin when it comes to noise. The pool is nice. Plenty of parking is available across the street. We had a very relaxing time here, and would return for a second trip. Main concerns: beach shower for rinsing off was decommissioned when we were here, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working well at all.

  We stayed at this property for a few days during spring break. The location is excellent (on the water, easy to find and access). As others have mentioned, the rooms are on the small side but our room was sufficient for sleeping and cleaning up after time at the beach. The housekeeping staff were great (friendly and kept the room sparkling). The front desk staff were adequate but no more. Not particularly friendly or welcoming. We left an item and they wouldn't work with us on getting it back. They only ship one method which costs $35+ to ship a small item that weighs only ounces.
  
  Overall, it met our needs. We chose it for the location and good price. I might recommend it or return but I would look at other options in the area.
