The hotel was very nice, very clean. The room was well managed everything looked pretty new. The customer service was great, everyone who came in was greeted quickly.

I have absolutely no complaints about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Each room came with a microwave and a refrigerator (which should be standard for all hotels but for some reason is not). I didn't not get to swim in the pool but the outside seating area was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend staying here. Restaurants and entertainment are all within a short walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in historic Ybor. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter was getting married in the Columbia restaurant and this hotel went above and beyond to make this a special weekend. The suite was a perfect size for makeup and hair for the bride, 3 bride maids and me. The room was cleaned before she returned in the late afternoon after the wedding. On Sunday, we all enjoyed brunch with table service. I'd go back just to eat breakfast again, it was well worth the $10 charge.response / report this review -

Very friendly staff. Clean well kept room and pool area. Location is in a rougher area if you travel too far from the hotel but very lucky to have been able to stay here. Would come back again for convenience for theme parks and so forth.

Clean hotel, very close to Ybor city (within waking distance). Stayed here for an overnight for my cousin's wedding. The bed was comfortable & the staff was friendly.

The hotel was nice. I was pleased when I discovered that I got upgraded to a king-sized bed instead of the two full beds I thought I was getting. It was weird that there was no way to turn on the vent in the bathroom, as far as I could tell.

Location is good if you want to be close to downtown Ybor. It is very close to the trolly line too, which is nice. Seems like a bit older building, but it is well maintained. The staff were quite helpful and friendly. Fridge and microwave in my room.

Hotel is in an ideal location. A two block walk takes you to all the bars and restaurants on 7th Ave, and it's easy to drive or uber to anywhere in Tampa from here as well. Clean hotel, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Perfect place to stay for a visit to Tampa.

The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are nice but we have had issues. Not employees fault but disappointed in quality of the hilton inn thought they had higher standards

We reserved a room with two queens however we learned that is not available at this hotel. It took a while, but the staff was able to move us to a larger room and provide an extra bed. Great staff there.
