The rooms were a little dated but nice. The location was the best, right off the beach. The beach was clean and well keep. Service was lacking a bit because i asked for a king bed in the room and we got two full size.

Good selections on the menu, wait staff was very accommodating, entire staff super welcoming. Food was tasty and well prepared. Large serving sizes. The pork sandwich with mojo sauce had nice juicy pieces of pork. The blue crab bisque had lots of tender crab chunks and lots of flavors. Firecracker shrimp had a nice heat to the sauce. The huge acquaireum is a special treat, it makes up the entire end wall of the dining room. Our family goes there several times a year.

Was disappointed in the old/run down looking rooms. For the price you'd expect it was going to be very luxurious but it definitely was not. The staff did not seem very informed about anything. The elevator was scary, it took a good 5 full minutes to go ONE floor. I would not spend the money to go back and I would not recommend.

I'm telling you, one of the best stays we've had ANYWHERE!! The staff made the place. Everyone went out of there way to say hello, can I help you in any way, need directions, advice. Room was great. Beach view outstanding.food in the bar I would skip next time.we will most definitely return there.

Was very excited to spend time at the beach for St Pete Bikefest. The staff is top notch. The room spacious and clean. Unfortunately, being a light sleeper, I had called and requested a room away from the neighboring bar and sadly was placed in a room right next to the lobby. On the main driveway for guest entering the property. Two nights in to a four night package and I am looking forward to going home. These rooms on this driveway should honestly never be rented out.

We had a sliding door that wouldn't shut, Tony saw us struggling to get it to lock and graciously came to our rescue! He was so kind. When checking in Alyssa was so sweet and was very helpful, she even sent us something special to our room as it was a special occasion for us! I won a trip voucher from work and am so thankful our travel agent booked us here!

Beautiful, convenient and family friendly. Room was spacious and equipped with all we needed. Beach access was easy and had supplies for families. Lots to do here so you never need to leave the property

We enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was great. Staff very friendly. The common areas were kept very clean. The location was great. I really only have one complaint. This is a "family friendly" hotel. There's an all access pool and an adult pool. The problem iseverything is by the all access pool. The fire pit, the cabanas, the BAR. So guess where all the adults hang out? There were 40 people in the AA pool at one point, drunken adults being, let's just say very affectionate, with each other and like 10 kids. Meanwhile there were 4 people at the adult pool.

Although the staff is very sweet and try to accommodate, the location is next to a super loud bar that plays music every night until 1am. If you are a light sleeper, it isn't worth staying here, even if they put you on the "quiet side" of the hotel. The rooms are super tiny unless you buy a suite and the showerhead was so dirty that black stuff was coming off of it when it was run. I was moved over to the main Trade Winds and it's like night and day. The staff were more than willing to move me over and I am thrilled with the main location.

We spent a lovely afternoon in the Guy Harvey Outpost we shopped they had wonderful things to to look at and buy they also have a an aquarium and we were able to watch people snorkeling within the aquarium. We found the people working there very helpful and knowledgeable they also had beautiful artwork on the walls which we spend time enjoying. We enjoyed lunch and a few drinks and I would highly suggest this as a fun place to spend an afternoon.

This is our second stay at Guy Harvey and we will definitely come again. Everyone we have encountered, from pool sweepers to top management has been friendly, courteous, and helpful. In our first day here, April L, who works the front desk was walking by the adult pool area and saw me doing the puzzles in the local paper. She went back to her computer and printed 8 different 3D Sudoku puzzles and brought them to me. Service above and beyond. Thank you to April and everyone for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. There were a few problems with the stove and door but otherwise great. My grandson loved it here. He had lots of fun at the pool and at the beach. Lots of other kids to hang out with. Very family friendly with lots of activities for the kids. This my second time staying here and we have enjoyed our stay both times.

We had a great time. Amenities were great, staff was friendly overall. Loved it. Only a few issues: bathroom very tight, tub was slow to drain, and carpet felt kind of dirty in the living room. Also absolutely no after hours convenience items available (no drink machines or easy make items). Still, I think it was the best in the area. We will be back.

The room was small and as were the pools. The fish tanks were amazing and I loved them. There were also a ton of things to do during the day. The food was good but not for kids. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.

So far a beautiful well kept resort!! Great family-friendly spot!! But still fun for adults too not just kiddie zone!! Great for us, our 10 year old, our parents, and our baby!! Love all of the activities to do on resort! No need to plan everyday for your stay just wake up and do whatever! Planning on hanging most if our stay and maybe stopping in an aquarium or Busch Gardens 1-2 days.. great place!! Very very happy!!!
