The rooms are very very nice and come with cool things. The beds are very comfortable and it was a very enjoyable stay for us! The price was very cheap for the service we got. The pool and gym and everything included was well worth it. Loved my stay.

Enjoyed my stay, front desk was genuinely friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking, check-in was a breeze, the room was as described, spacious, clean, neat and modern. All of the room amenities worked properly (TV, Heat, Internet, etc). The bed and pillows were comfortable and included breakfast was typical, coffee, Juice, bagels/muffins, hot items (eggs, sausage) and waffle maker, plus fruits, yogurts and cereals. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.. by the way, front desk recommended "Patrick's" (7min drive) and the food was delicious!

We stayed here for a competition we were attending and the room was included for us. Check in was smooth and we had no problems. When we got to the room it appeared clean but when we went to bed we noted the sheets had hair and pink lint on them. We tried calling the front desk twice and no one answered. My son went down to let them know and get clean sheets but they only gave him 1 top sheet, blanket, and comforter even though there were 2 beds in the room. We got no bottom sheets or pillow cases we ended up sleeping on top of our blankets. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean but the coffee maker was broken. Breakfast was ok. If the front desk had been more helpful in resolving our problem I probably wouldn't have written this but as they basically ignored us I felt they were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

Nice hotel, though small. Staff was friendly (for the most part.) The hotel is listed as "pet friendly" the fee for a pet ("it doesn't even matter if it's a goldfish") is well hidden on the website and non existent on the mobile app. So when I got the pet fee of $100 for a $116 night stay I was a bit Unhappily surprised. I wish it was more clear exactly what the fee was.

Wow! The king size room with amenities blew away my expectations. I wish I stayed longer than one night to take full advatage of the room and services.

Clean and quiet. We were able to bring our dog with us. Very close to
    Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee.

Stayed here 3 times, mostly for long weekends while visiting my parents. Very friendly staff, very clean. It's also been very quiet, even when bridal parties are staying there! King bedrooms are very spacious, accomodating. Large fridge, closet. 3 burner stove. Plenty of cupboards and storage for long stays. Lots of choices for breakfast. Rooms with 2 queen beds leave only a few inches to get by a bed into bathroom. Not sure why this only rated 2 stars - especially when my father dropped nearly $1000 for 4 night stay. This did include 2 weekend nights in August.

My mother stayed here and there was construction we were not warned about which was noisy and there was a thick paint smell. On top of that, a school had a class trip there and kids were running down the halls and yelling. Several other guests asked for the kids to quiet down. When the front desk was told all the guy had to say was "sorry there is nothing I can do about it". Frankly that is some pretty awful customer service. These rooms are pricier for the area so you would really think that they would have more professional service. It literally would have been a very simple task to ask the school group to remember others were dtaying in the hotel too and to be respectful.

Friendly staff, great location (much to do within a 15 minute drive), rooms and beds are great! Only downside is the toilet paper in the rooms. I'm a Charmin guy, so that's hard to compete with if you are business! I had a king room. Paul Mitchell Shampoo is a plus. Microwave, fridge/freezer, plates, silverware, pots, included breakfast.everything you need for a week long stay! The Pizza Express across the street (walking distance) is awesome! Definitely would stay again!

Marriott hotel quality in a very convenient location in the Lakes Region. Close to skiing and other winter activities, as well as all the treats to be found in the summer here. The management and staff are the best I have found. Heartily recommend.
