great hot tub and pool area. nice view in the back side of hotel, request a room away from the road, to see the river behind! friendly desk staff.

Aweful customer service after. Asking to extend our stay I was targeted and charged 250.00 fee when I never smoked in the room after the woman came up and inspected it said she saw no signs of cigarette smoke when asked we checked out brought all our garbage out and the woman waited till after we left to hit me with the charge for drug activity. When I informed manager she was full of it she got scared and called the police don't go here

Everything about this place was top notch, from check in to checkout.
Only problem was that we were in a non-smoker room and there was definitely an odor.
Since we checked in at 6 and went right out for the evening, we didn't notice til we came back, at which time it was too late to switch rooms. We only stayed one night, so that was the room we had.
But breakfast, the room, the front desk. everyone was great here, albeit they need to know ahead of time if the rooms smell of smoke. That was the downer.

Visited NH for vacation with my mom and sister and we stayed here. The room was nice and so was the hotel. We were in a convenient location close to friends and family. Breakfast wasn't that great and they had an issue with charging my card before I got there. Tried to tell me they couldn't hold my room if I didn't try a different card. I was literally 20 minutes away when they told me that. Luckily, after checking them on the phone they were cool and got the problem resolved. After that, had no issues.

Front desk guy was awesome. Offered us a fishing pole to fish in the river. It was a quick trip, breakfast was great.

Terrible terrible place to work. Like many places there are nice employees but there are also awful people who work there. Language is not uncommonly used there. There are staff there that will lie and steal tips that employees worked hard for. I got fired for NO reason. I was fired two days after I politely spoke up about the issue. I'm a 16 year old girl who was fired over TEXT DURING SCHOOL! The woman who did this known she lied about me and got away with it. She walked away with a snarky smirk.

Nice clean hotel. Pool, hot tub and gym are good. Breakfast is acceptable, if you look close you will find enough decent stuff.

Overall, my experience was good, but a few hang ups stole that fifth star away. They were very helpful and understanding when I needed to call and alter the room I had booked and upon arriving, everyone was very friendly. They seemed to be having computer issues all weekend which made check in slow but we got to our room just fine.
Lighting in the room was a pain as it was 90 percent lamps that had to be shut off one by one to go to bed and turned on to properly light the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything we really needed.
After we left though, I found I had left something behind. I called and upon returning to get it was told my card hadn't been charged properly and they needed to charge it again. It took a good 10 minutes of me showing automatic payment notifications to prove I had already been charged because their computer glitch said otherwise.
It was all righted in the end, but still a little off putting.
I would stay again, but be sure to keep an eye on those credit card statements.

Stayed here after my shift at work due to the snow storm and having a long commute home.

Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. They let me check in early when I got out of work so I could sleep before I had to go back in at 7pm. They made sure I had everything that I needed while there.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and I was able to get some rest before my next shift.

If you're in the area and need a nice place to stay I would suggest staying here. It's close to Franklin where I work and also close to Laconia.

Very good value for the price. Other than a little dust in the room, and pool chilly was very good. Free Breakfast was well attended to. All the help was very friendly and helpfull. Would re visit if back in the area.
