Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was warm.
Basically a small apartment. Reasonably priced, quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The manager kristie was very awesome. I will be back very soon. The hotel very clean and the rooms
Staying here for work related purposes and would very much recommend this place for extended stays. Would love to come back here with my family as well for personal use.
As with all Townplace Suites, this is a nice room with a kitchenette at a reasonable rate. However, this one is a bit older and is showing its age a bit. Our room smelled a bit musty and that detracted from our stay a little. Unless you need to be in this particular area, I would pick one of the other Townplace Suites around Columbus.
Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A group of friends and I stayed in the 3rd floor and we had no issues with noise and the room was large enough to easily accommodate 3 male adults. The AC was a bit underpowered for the room (near the AC was freezing but across the room was mildly cool), but it wasn't enough of an issue to get in the way of comfortably sleeping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
We've stayed in 3 different hotels this week. This one has been the most interesting. The air conditioner did not work well. The toilet was leaking, and the whole faucet fixture for the bathroom sink was completely loose from te vanity. There was not enough silverware for 4 people and the dishes were mix and match. Not what I would expect from a Marriott property.
Room was well kept and clean. There was a full kitchen and desk to work. The lobby was small but had all the amenities needed. The only complaint that made this 4 stars was the fact that there was absolutely no parking. I had to park on the street around the corner.
The room was amazing, very close to everything you could need, but the service was sub par. The gentleman running the counter was rude to us (a few college guys) and immediately had it out to get us. Around 10 we received a very threatening call in which he told us he would fine us if he had to say anything again, in which we received a complaint for talking to loudly. We weren't yelling or screaming or anything like that, but very odd way to ask us to be quiet.
Had a suite, had a working kitchen and had plenty of room. Also pet friendly so we didn't have to kennel the dog for 10 day. The price was cheaper than a lot of other hotels we stayed in over the years without a kitchen. Will definitely come back to here.
This is an excellent value for the money. As usual for the Marriott brand, the staff helpful and personable. It's also a good location
I did not stay at the hotel due to it only being a business visit. At first glance, everything seemed clean and up-to-date. The staff was professional and courteous.
I suppose this is a case of "you get what you pay for". At first glance, it seemed like decent accommodations, then we looked up. Dead bugs in all the lights. Gross. And all of these lights flickered like a seen in a bad horror movie when initially turned on. So there's that first impression. The walls are apparently made of cardboard as we could hear every single footstep, conversation, or door closing through the night. Which made for a very poor night of sleep and a grumpy morning. When I alerted the front desk about the situation, I was given a halfhearted "sorry 'bout that". Spend the extra money to stay at a nice hotel. It's worth it.
