Clean room, shower water hot, and bed comfortable. I had to cancel my last night and staff was very helpful/understanding.

Rooms were nice, staff friendly, restaurant seemed nice, but the breakfast offerings were sadly lacking.

Clean room, no problem switching rooms when television wouldn't work. Bed could be swapped out for one that doesn't sink in the middle, though. Overall enjoyable stay. Mostly friendly staff.

All it takes is common courtesy & ears for effective listening when you're dealing with the public. I arrived to this hotel and I told the young lady at the front desk that I will be staying 2 to 5 days and that I was here on a business trip. I will not be using this IHG card again it's pointless and now I can't stay tomorrow because now they say they're overbooked.
They won't take into account that I arrived first and that I stated that I was staying 2 to 5 days I will never come here again. I would leave right now they gave me my money back.

Average holiday inn hotel. The breakfast was ok. Rooms clean, showers nice and hot, a.c. works good. No free bottle of water :(

Visiting family staying at this location while in town. Front desk was nice. Good area. Personal parking lot. Nice pool. Rooms were clean with great climate control & came with a fridge and microwave.

Large, well appointed, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Don't bother with the continental breakfast. A Bob Evans and McDonald's are close by.

This Holiday Inn Express is fairly new, so the room I stayed in was nicely decorated and very clean. I appreciated the mini frigrrator and microwave. The shower head is fully functional and the water pressure is also. This hotel's location is easy to find and is located in a good area of this city. Thank you!

Clean, pleasant. We were satisfied with our stay. Worth noting that we had only a shower stall in our bathroom and no bath tub for our little one. Breakfast was wonderful but we wish there had been more ready-to-serve fresh fruit options (e.g., peaches or pears) rather than whole apples, bananas, etc. Other family members didn't get shampoo in their room (probably an oversight by staff), and the coffee cup lids in their room didn't fit the coffee cups. (Having Keurig coffee makers in the room was nice tho!) Overall, pleased with our stay and would stay again.

The staff was courteous and fast. The breakfast was very nice and check out was bery quick. Only stayed for one night while passing through on a road trip but would definitely recommend! Also the free cookies in the lobby is always a perk!

Nothing to complain about at this price point. Complementary breakfast is basic but welcomed. Free Wi-Fi and parking.
