The rooms were nice and the breakfast service was fantastic. There wasn't a ton of hot water for the showers, but that wasn't really a big deal. The location was nice--it was really close to campus, which was what we were hoping for. Plus there were plenty of restaurants around to choose from.

Best customer service ever!! The whole staff is extremely friendly; they go above and beyond. Great customer service is so rare these days, it's nice to know some still exists! Mimi is exceptional!!
The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Lovely patio area as well if you want a cocktail outside :)
(Stay away from Staybridge on Olentangy, huge billboard right outside.. blinding and not even close to the same customer service).
This is our second stay at Hilton and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. (Will be visiting our new OSU freshman a lot)

Perfect for a night away. Pool was nice and although the Jets were broken in the hot tub, we were still permitted to get in. The breakfast isn't that great for the price, but the room is why we stay! Awesome pillows, clean sheets, and super comfortable bed. EVERY employee was smiling and genuinely great at customer service. Even the maintenance guys! We highly recommend this place!

I had a great stay here. Loved their mini gym and mini pool. the staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. beds are comfortable.

Nice place. No bedbugs. Lots of Canadian geese that are very protective of their adolescent offspring that are eating everything in the the two foot swath they waddle all over the lawn and parking lot. So watch out for the goose poop on the sidewalk and near everything else. Oh, and the lobby coffee was excellent.

Lobby is gorgeous. They have coffee and water available which us a nice touch.
Staff is very friendly.
Room wasn't bad. Pillows and bed are too flat though.
I had to fight with the shower to get it to work but it did eventually.
Key card for side of building entrance gets waterlogged because it's missing the cover. Makes it a pain to get in.

My main complaint: Shuttle service for ROTR isn't for handicapped at all. Get dropped off at a gas station and still had to walk 1/4 to get to parking lot and another 1/4 to the stadium that's mostly uphill. That killed us day one.

The food was excellent. However the server was spread too thin and everything we asked for took a long time to get. 10 minutes to get salt and pepper for our table, we ended up just grabbing it from an empty table ourselves.

We were on the 5th floor two queen beds. Enjoyed the beds they were so comfortable. Did have drinks at the bar which is open till 10 pm. But overall had a blast.

I stayed here recently for work travel and was happy with my stay. The rooms are very clean and up-to-date. The late afternoon-evening front desk staff were fantastic! They always said hello and offered some great suggestions for resteraunts. The reason I did take off one star is because the rooms can be a little noisy. I am a ridiculously light sleeper, so others may not even notice. The noise isn't a deal-breaker for me, but will probably see if I can stay on the top floor if I visit Columbus again.
