Great room. Great bed. Convenient location. The access to the building was a bit confusing. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice room with a large tv. Suit had a very nice full kitchen. I would stay again. Locks on doors are necessary as maids will try to clean very early.

I booked a room for a night for South by Southwest with a friend and I walked in & was immediately greeted with a genuine smile. The young lady at the front desk (Jennifer) was extremely nice and we struck into conversation immediately. I also ran into the manager (Gema) & she was really nice and explained all the SXSW events going on for the day. Everyone that I ran into that worked there was nice and greeted themselves and offered their services. The room was nice and well kept when we got in. We got way more than we expected for the price and the customer service was great. We’re always in Austin but have never stayed here before but after this trip, this will definitely be our new hotel spot in Austin.

Spectacular customer service, if you happen to stay here when Jeremiah is manning the front desk you are in for a special treat. Not only are his cookies perfect at check in, he welcomes you with a huge Texas greeting, and makes your stay as perfect as possible. If you're lucky, you may even get to have a blue fish in your room for the night. Highly recommend!!!

The suite was fine, roomy, spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was sufficient. What diminished the eval here was the amenities. There weren't enough towels and they couldn't deliver more. Not enough utensils, 2 forks in a suite that sleeps six. A couple of glasses. There was no hair drier. Ladies, bring your own. It served our needs, but hardly worth bragging about. Not a Marriott experience we're accustomed to.

Helpful staff with a lot of guest services in reach. Two buildings that are close together but feels quiet and located in a good location. I do not know all of the Marriott properties, but will be in this location for a while. This seems great

Check in was at 3. I got there shortly after 4 and room wasn't ready. Room was small but okay, however walls were paper think. I could hear women talking on their phones on either side of my room. It wasn't even muffled sounding. Also my bedding had bright pink highlighter stains all over itor at least I'm hoping it was stains and not just a remade dirty bed. I won't stay here again.

Lovely place; i like it because they give you a kitchen stove in your room. You can easily cook your meal choice and rest comfortably. However i had invited guest ants on my counter. I didn't see them treat since i was in and out. But those ants keep coming. But everything was clean and neat for a short stay

Spacious rooms and great staff! The location was not too bad. The GPS took us the long way but it's very near downtown! It's far enough from the noise so it's nice and quiet. Would stay here again

The room is beautiful and very clean. It is a small room but very well laid out and doesn't feel 'squashed' or claustrophobic in any way. I love the full size kitchen and it saves me a lot of money because I don't have to eat out every single meal. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is free and good, with a moderate variety of normal hot breakfast items. I thought the coffee had an odd flavor- not nasty, but different than I expect. Free WiFi is adequate. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in the area.

While attending a corporate event nearby, I was accommodated here. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was ok. It was kind of hard to find the front office, but that wasn't a huge issue. The room itself was pretty basic, and I generally stay in nicer places. I don't have any specific complaints, just know that it's basically a bed & kitchenette Not much else.

Very nice area conveniently located by all the nice restaurants. The hotel was very clean,nice staff, and the breakfast was awesome!!!! If you're in Austin go check them out I will be back again very soon

Excellent hotel If you are planning to visit Austin, then please do stay here. You will feel like home, the hotel staff, front desk, managers each and everyone are awesome pros. They are polite , humble and disciplined they always greet you with a smile.
The hotel is very good, neat and clean. You have daily house keeping, free breakfast , area shuttle and what more can you except. I really liked this hotel and will stay again when I M in Austin. Special note to Mariana - sales manager , she can help you with any concern .

Quite clean and quiet. The entrance doors are only on one side, so unless you're lucky, be prepared to park on the opposite side of the building and walk around. Free breakfast was good and had all the essentials (even lactose free milk).
