Great park my family and I had a blast. but the food wasn't so great especially for the price.

We have only been here one time but we enjoyed it a lot. We have a pool so we mostly go to the amusement park instead but I highly recommend it.

always a good time coming here in the summer.. all the rides are always working. The staff are very welcoming and help you with any questions you might have. I like this place very much. Great place

Yes it is a quite good experience if you don't mind the long weighting time to get on the rides or to get food. Also it is quite packed if you get hear later in the day, if you are plaing on coming hear make sure to come early in the morning. One of my biggest complaints are the lifeguards, let me explain there are certain regulations and rules for the park but they seem to no to care and they think they can break them without any consequence.

My boyfriend and I went here on a Sunday. We got there right at opening time. We spent $35 per ticket to get in, then they charged us $25 for parking! After getting inside we went to find a locker to put our keys and phones in and that was $16 for a small one! We went right on the first slide and it was fun! Second slide we waited about 10 minutes to get on, so that wasn't bad. Third slide it took a good 30 minutes to get on. After that we got in line to get a drink, it took over 40 minutes standing in line to get a bottle of water and a pop! After that we glanced at the lines and decided to leave. There was no way we were going to wait 45+ minutes in line for one slide in 100° weather.

Large park, many pools and slides to keep you busy and cool throughout the day. We went on a Tuesday and found that most of the lines were manageable in length and time.
4 stars because there were a handful of slides closed down, park seemed in need of a refresh, maintenance, paint, and also the food prices were pretty high.
Overall would recommend to visit, but go during the week.response / report this review -

I had the worst time here today. Almost all of the slides were closed. The one that we got on took us no joke a half hour to get on and the park was dead due to it being a weekday. I almost cancelled my pass today but we left and went to magic mountain and had a fun time there. For a water park I suggest Raging Waters.

I've been here like 16+ times. And all the times I've gone were great. A good idea is to bring your own food in a cooler and leave it in your car so you don't waste your money on buying expensive food, then when you get hungry you can go to your car and eat, then come back to the park and enjoy the rides. The reason why food is so expensive at these types of parks are becuase they need mone to pay their employees, the electricity, their food, the water, etc. They don't just want to rip you off. It's just how they maintain their parks running. I do recommend people to come to this park with their family or friends. It's a good place to cool off, and it's fun.

This water park is the worst one I've ever been to. So many inefficiencies and so many ghetto people that it killed the whole atmosphere for us. Based on this alone I won't come back. Ever.
But it gets better. We came opening weekend of 2017 and some of the very few rides they had to offer weren't in operation. When you have so few rides to begin with, no rides should ever be closed.
Then, we barely went on our first ride of the day and just as we were going to stand in line for a 2nd slide, an employee tells my boyfriend he can't get on because of the rivets in his swim trunks. I think they have more things to worry about with all the ghetto people walking around, but okay.
So we get the gift shop for rivet protectors, which was ridiculous to have to buy in the first place. We waited in an hour long line because there's only 1 gift shop and 2 people working. Oh and somehow the average customer takes 20 minutes up at the register. Idk how, the just do.
So we finally could get on more rides, but the lines took so long we could only get on 1 more before lunch and then the dirty crowded "lazy" river that you can't be lazy in unless you purchase a float. Purchase a float? I couldn't do it; this was absolutely ridiculous.
Okay, so now it's lunch time here. This park is not equipped to handle this many people at all on a weekend for lunch. There's only really 1 place for buy food and everything is poorly labeled. We waited in a line for 30 mins before asking someone in line if that line was just for one specific food category. She said yes. It should be labeled somewhere that a line corresponds to the food that is labeled above the line. So there's a special line just for pizza and a line just for burgers. I've never even heard of this.
So after 30 mins of waiting in the wrong line, we got out of the burger line. We then waited in the pizza line for about 45 mins and only moved up about 2 people. Then we waited another 15 mins before finally realizing we wouldn't be eating for another 2 hours. We realized because everyone came with their ghetto families, everyone was ordering a whole pizza which aren't already made. So you're waiting in line for 1 slice when someone is up at the register for 30 mins or more for 1 whole pizza.
I was so hungry that I was going to pay $5 for a pop tart from the vending machine but decided against it as I thought it might be old and stale like the rest of the park. We left the park instead and got pizza somewhere else which took us about 40 mins total to order a full pizza for 2 people, drive back and forth from the park, walk back, etc. The fact that I had to leave the park for food tells you all you need to know.
Then we got on 3 rides when we came back and then the park closed. We were there from 10:30-6 and only got on 5 rides, one which was repeated twice since there are only like 8 slides in this whole park.
Next time we're going to just spend more money and go to Disneyland.response / report this review -

Hurricane Harbor is a nice fun small water park to hit up with family. Doing it maybe once or a twice a summer isn't too bad, but a season pass i wouldn't recommend. There just isn't enough to do to warrant buying a season pass for it. There just isn't enough slides or attractions.

Hurricane Harbor is a bit small for me compared to Raging Waters, but it still does the job if you are looking for a place to cool down for the summer.
