I love Dr Knispel. He is the only dermatologist I have ever had that wants to keep trying things until maybe my psoriasis is 100% clear. All other dermatologists I have had said it's a chronic illness and if you're 75% clear that's good enough. Not for Dr Knispel! Love him!
