  On this, our second visit, we enjoyed our drinks and meal more than on our first visit. Sure, it's a seaside bar, but that does not mean the restaurant takes it customers for granted. The food is great and the mixed drinks we had were as good as anywhere. I felt the gumbo was top notch and my Margarita was maybe the best I've ever had despite the plastic cup (remember it's a seaside bar). Our party of three adults left impressed and satisfied.

  Beach beach beach. If you want good seafood at a beautiful beach restaurant, try Toucans.
  The shrimp and scallops rate 5 star. The chicken is pretty good, almost 4 star.
  The atmosphere is incredible, the place is very clean.
  The staff doesn't seem happy, but who knows...
  Great place, excellent food, good prices.
  Will be a repeat customer.

  Nice location on the beach with good vibes in the restaurant. You can sit in the ocean breeze and enjoy your food. I ordered shrimp when I was there. I've had better elsewhere for much less money. Might be worth the drive for the scenery but I was not necessarily impressed with the food for the price.

  We eat here every year, but this year depending on what day you eat there to how good it is. Some days are better than others. Not sure if using two cooks but old cook from last few years is not cooking now. You can taste the difference in the spices used. We use to eat here 5-7 nights but now maybe 2. Not many choices in MB but this one better than others.

  Toucan's is fantastic. Best seafood in a long time and we are native Floridians from Niceville. Jake was an excellent server. Stewart has waited on us for years and he is excellent as well.

  Overall three stars maybe. Standard tourist oriented coastal restaurant. Scallops and shrimp frozen not fresh, and did not have the taste one would anticipate. Prices a bit high for frozen food and the place needs a good cleaning. Staff was courteous and attentive and the orders were delivered without much delay.

  Land Shark on tap! Need I say more? But I will... Steamed oysters- very tasty. Bay scallops po-boy & a grilled grouper sandwich completed our lunch order. Excellent food & nice people! Volunteered the military discount!

  Ate there twice while visiting Mexico beach. 1st visit was for dinner and I ordered the crab leg platter. The crabs were delicious and the butter sauce was the bomb! A lot of crab well worth the price! Our waitress Catherine was awesome! She gave us great information on Mexico beach and she checked on us constantly to see if we were doing good and if we need anything else. You couldn't ask for a better waitress!
  
  We ate lunch there on Sunday and our wait staff was Stuart. He took excellent care of us and made us laugh and shared stories about Mexico beach! Prices were reasonable but the taste of all the seafood we had was awesome! Kudos to Toucan's Tiki Bar! We will definitely be back and recommend this place to all our friends and family!

  The service is very nice. Food is a bit mediocre. Seemed a little overpriced but choices are limited so I guess they can charge a lot. But if they are going to charge that much they could at least get name brand condiments.

  Wonderful food, wonderful service, beautiful views, great atmosphere. We had drinks and appetizers. Seafood is delicious and so is the pomento burger. Thanks toucans!!! You'll see us again soon !!!!

  While the setting of this place is beautiful and unique, the food is not. My mother ordered beef nachos and they looked like they had just dumped a can of beans or chili on them. They had very little beef even in them, and subsequently made her sick. I had the baby back ribs, although not horrible, they werent the best either. We realize its a seafood place so maybe we just ordered the wrong type of thing there, but there menu does need some tweaking. The views made up for the inadequate food as this is a place you should atleast go and see. The restaurant is plastered dollar bills in the upstairs seating area along with large open windows out looking the beach.

  Toucan's is absolutely the beat on the beach! Everything is wonderful from the gumbo to the honey glazed salmon. You can't go wrong with Toucan's. Drink specials, dinner specials and dessert! Best ever! Definitely an experience you don't want to miss!
