Very clean beautiful surroundings and close to beach yet far enough away from the "tourist" section. Great place to spend the winter 😁
Great location, close to the state park, Patches, the beach is 2 blocks away. It's usually quiet on this end of the beach. Great staff and they're always making it a better park.
This RV resort was amazing. We wanted to come down here to see our granddaughter for couple weeks they worked and worked to get us a site for the 2 weeks a day at a time. They went above and beyond to make it happen. We got down to the resort and it was beautiful. Very well kept and close to the beach and other attractions. We got there Sunday evening and within 2 days Hurricane Nate was heading directly at us. Our granddaughter didn't get to make it to Panama but we wanted to make the best of it but when the hurricane was heading our way we wanted to leave ASAP because anyone pulling a camper knows you can't set until traffic is backed up. They were so nice and refunded our unused portion. This was the first time we ever had a hurricane coming at us. I just want to say this is an outstanding RV resort and hope to come back soon.
Great location. Excellent staff. RV park well maintained. Definitely will be back!
This is one of the nicest RV parks in the state. Easy in and out. I can't wait to go back again.
Really nice place. One of the nicest I've stayed in. Rv pad is roomy and very clean. Staff is friendly and works very hard to make the place look nice.
Very nice rv resort!! we love to stay here as the staff are always very nice, awsome level concrete camp pads, very very short walk to the beach right across the street! I would like to see some improvements on the landscaping it is way to nice if a rv park to be drug down by poor landscaping imo.
This place is awesome!! This makes our 3rd year in a row. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach. We love it!!!
Small friendly resort. Clean. Walk to beach. Patches bar and grill across the street and you can hear live music. Nice pool. Bathrooms are very clean and air conditioned.
We had a wonderful time in Panama City for Thunder Rally. Other than the weather it was a wonderful 5 days. The RV resort was excellent. Smaller than what I thought but that was no problem. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Clean, Organized, Paved streets and concret pad, Cablevision and Internet, Friendly staff, walking to great restaurants and beautiful beach, quite at night and we'll lighted.
Very friendly place. The staff is very pleasant and the park is quiet in itself, but if you like live music, there is a dive bar across the street with good food and on some nights the music can be heard in the park. Free concert! The park is pet friendly, but no dog walk and a block off the beach and easy to get to. Local laws frown on pets on the beach. Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.
Plenty of room to park large RV. My father has a 44 foot beast and he parked it with no problems. Very dog friendly. Nice pool. Walk across the street to the beach. Also conveniently located next door to the beautiful St. Andrews State Park. WARNING: Keep an eye on your dog's feet. Lots of sand spurs.
Friends stayed here a week. Gated, well-maintained place. Good location, convenient to beach and there's a good bar/restaurant right across the street. It was nice to sit outside in the evening and listen to the live music from there. They got quiet around 10pm so there was no annoyance.
Small park that sits next to a busy road. They want you to back up your RV to the very end which isn't convenient because your awning will cover their foliage and not your patio pad. Paved sites and pool is clean. Very clean park. It's difficult to park in sites if your RV is over 30ft. No extra parking whatsoever. Be mindful when booking. If it suits your rig and you don't mind noise, it's a pretty good park. I would stay there again.
