If you’re looking for a friendly and professional carpeting cleaning service, then I highly recommend that you choose Total Solutions Cleaning & Restoration. A few weeks ago, my wife and I were shopping around looking for a Carpet Cleaning service. After getting quotes outside of our price range from larger more well known companies, we decided to search for smaller businesses with great reviews. This is how we found Total Solutions Cleaning & Restoration. Jonas has years of industry experience and aside from being very professional, he was super friendly. He took the time to carefully explain the cleaning process, and he even gave us advice on how to prolong the cleanliness of our carpet by recommending a change in how we manage the air filter in our furnace. There is no doubt that Jonas takes a lot of pride in his business, and most importantly, he stands by their work. His team is top notch and we could not have been more satisfied with the quality of their work; so much so, that we have asked him to come back out in the spring to finish the remaining floors!

This two man crew pulled up and blocked our driveway. Had there been an emergency we would not be able to pull out. It was lucky we knew which house they went into. Secondly, it is a huge inconvenience and unethical to intentionally block anybody's drive and if you can't understand that then, you ought to find another business where you have people that know how to park on the street!!! There was plenty of parking! Then they just pulled up into the yard..very ugly!!!!
